La estancia bien, lo único que no tienen TV en las habitaciones.

Excepto que no había TV en la habitación, todo genial.

Maybe it was just that room.. but, the shower drainage has septic gases seaping and makes room smell bad.

Personal muy amable. Habitaciones y camas muy cómodas con baño muy nuevo y amplio. Estuvimos 2 noches y todo perfecto. Hay muchos sitios para comer y desayunar cerca. A 15 minutos del Campus de la Unav y de la Clínica Universitaria. Volveré a hospedarme aquí. Gracias!

Es una residencia de estudiantes pero alquila las habitaciones. El edifico está situado en una plaza muy amplia y tranquila. Esta totalmente reformado y la habitación y el baño eran amplios y cómodos. No tiene detalles de baño pero la ducha es amplia. No limpian la habitación. En la recepción son muy amables. That varios sitios de desayuno en las calles cercanas. Algunas habitaciones tienen nevera. La cisterna hacia mucho ruido y las limpiadoras no tuvieron en cuenta la hora que era para hablar gritándose entre ellas. Aún así, la relación calidad-precio, está bien.

Muy básico, no hacen la habitación diariamente, no hay mini bar, no hay cafetera, no cambian toallas, hasta el papel higienico había que pedirlo en la recepción. Esto es una residencia que promocionan como hotel

Freundlich, sauber, nur die Zimmer waren etwas kalt.

Es war bei Buchung klar, dass es eine Studentenunterkunft ist und daher eher Basic ausgestattet sein wird. Check in war schlecht, da sie die Buchung nicht finden konnten und wir etwas mehr wie 30 Minuten warten musst, ob wir überhaupt ein Zimmer bekommen. Der kostenlose WLAN, welcher wichtig für uns war, war nur 2 von 5 Tagen funktionstüchtig. Zimmer wurde in den 5 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt. Toilettenpapier daher auch nicht aufgefüllt und wir mussten uns welches im nahen Supermarkt kaufen. Positiv zu bewerten ist jedoch die Lage und eine Frau an der Rezeption, die immer freundlich und hilfsbereit war.

The maintenance gentleman was nice, as was housekeeping. The building is under construction and some floors do not have air conditioning. When I complained about no air conditioning and a broken refrigerator the first hour after check in, and I was moved to another room with no air conditioning causing sweat box conditions. Shouldn’t the front desk person know the entire floor did not have air conditioning? There are many possible reasons for this, but the desk staff were not very helpful and did not speak English as advertised.
