Not in downtown, about 3-4 metro stops away. Close to metro station and very quite. Remember to ask for a room with good view.

The hotel is good location that’s quiet but short taxi ride or metro from main attractions. Staff was friendly. The issue however is with deceptive description of the rooms. They advertise as king size bed. But they are not king size beds. Room 105 had a queen size bed. room 110 was a full size bed. I even measured. (See pictures) They will tell you that this is a “Madrid king” but that’s a lie as I’ve stayed at several Madrid hotels & gotten normal king size beds. Including Thompson Madrid operated by Hyatt. If you are seeking a true king size, I would recommend another hotel.

Friendly Staff

Lo mejor son los restaurantes que hay en el hotel y la amabilidad del servicio. Las habitaciones se nota que han recibido un lavado de cara pero en mi opinión están lejos de lo que un 5 estrellas debería ser.

The hotel staff were great…from the bellhop who first greeted us, to the check in agents and the very helpful concierge. The room was very comfortable.

El hotel es muy cómodo, se come muy bien y el personal muy amable en todas las áreas del hotel. Vine por una estadía larga por problemas de salud y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta, todo está a la mano, volvería definitivamente

Como único apunte dire que la habitación al entrar es poco atractiva, no tiene ningún cuadro ni decoración necesita mejorar la imagen.

El desayuno muy bueno . Trabajadores muy atentos y simpáticos todos menos una chica joven rubia de pelo rizado en recepción que fue bastante grosera conmigo . El resto incluido camareros muy simpáticos y atentos
