所有員工都好有禮貌，會主動問好，房間乾淨，飲品水果提供充足，早餐好食，有問題立刻主動解決，愉快的住宿體驗，下次會再選擇入住。

這間酒店算是較寧靜，人流不算太多。 若乘搭underground ，太約行5分鐘到St.James's Park Station 或 太約行10分鐘到Victoria Station。 若乘搭巴士，太約Victoria Station 也有很多巴士選擇。 附件亦有小型Shopping Mall。 而住宿方面，很舒適，酒店早餐也有很多選擇，若不喜歡在酒店吃早餐，外面也有幾間CAFE也不錯。

Comfortable hotel in a very convenient location. The overall service is in a high rating. However, the pest control must be enhanced. Most of the customers are Indian.

位置和酒店服務都無以倫比，5分鐘走到白金漢宮，房間寬敞，還有一個小廚房，非常實用！唯一不足是洗手間很小，下水道不是很通暢

VERY GOOD HOTEL

The hotel room is spacious with an open kitchen with full equipments. There is welcome fruit and also bottled waters for free. Two tvs at living room and bedroom. Toilet is spacious. The breakfast is something that you should not miss, continental breakfast and also full choice of a la carta with high quality. All the staff are helpful and the service is personal. There is small yard and fountain in the hotel area as well. When we arrive early at the hotel like at 7am, the staff said they will arrange and we could not expect that they actually try their best to let us have early check in and call us at 10am to have our room. Great service, definitely worth the price.

Professional and friendly staffs, clean environment, commodious room with kitchen and dinning area, high quality restaurants, great location

We stayed on 11 ~16 Jun. Jack was the first people we talked to in hotel and he is amazing, my wife always wanted to talk to him. Foods from the restaurants are delicious, the afternoon tea at the Library, coconut cream chicken from the Indian restaurant were excellent. Room we booked was only one bed room, and we were lucky with upgrade to 2 bedrooms suite. The housekeeper did a very good job to keep our room clean and tidy.

I love this place. Perfect location,incredibly helpful staff and having a kitchen is priceless.

Another wonderful stay at the Taj 51 Buckingham Gate, Suites and Residences. The personalised service was second to none. Than you to all the staff who made the stay so memorable!

The rooms are lovely with a large seating area, dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They ensure you are well supplied with fruits, teas, coffee and small sweets. Great location in the city.

During our recent stay in London at Taj 51, we had a fabulous visit - attentive and friendly staff, an impeccably clean suite, and wonderful food. We have visited Taj every year for the past five years and continue to be impressed. This visit, however, we will remember for the events after our visit ended. When we sadly left Taj we moved to the Trafalgar Square area to a different hotel, and the horror started. Our assigned room was dirty, dated, and the toilet didn't flush. We immediately asked to be moved to another room, but the front desk said no rooms were available. We said the toilet didn't work and they sent three men who stood around while one of them tried to fix the toilet, resulting in a temporary fix. This was unacceptable. My wife was especially furious. She cried on the bed and wouldn't talk to me. I suggested we head for the bar across the street to strategize what to do next. Desperately I called Taj to try to save my marriage. The reservations agent gladly welcomed our return to Taj and asked us to arrive immediately. With our spirits lifted we left the bar and exited the terrible hotel. Arriving at Taj a concierge and bellman were waiting to carry our luggage to our suite along with my wife, her faith in humanity restored. We luxuriated and were pampered for the next 5 nights, enjoying the superb staff, service, food, and suite. We are forever grateful for the Taj team coming to our rescue. The rest of our stay was excellence. We will return very soon!

Once again, a faultless stay. Service is impeccable and so welcoming it truly feels as though I am returning home. Fabulous suites and dining at Quilon is a must!
