I’ve been to this property 4 times. The staff is always excellent and I love the food options. The tennis staff is amazing. The main lobby is beautiful. It looks like the rooms and some of the spaces could use and update as they are a little tired.

Liked attention to healthy foods, as well as unique. Good hotel layout. No reading material is unbelievably inferior. Very expensive in every way.

this is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The staff is wonderful and ready to accommodate anything that you need. The walk to the beach is so short, and I love the fact that there is an adult only and children’s pool. There’s an amazing coffee bar for custom drinks. The location is a quick ride to the Brickell area where there’s a many amazing restaurants and shopping. I will continue to stay at this property. My only complaint is the food overall is not as good as the coconut Grove, Ritz Carlton, which is where we also stay frequently because we have a child that attends the university of Miami aside from the room service and pool and beach menu being not quite as good as coconut Grove and South Beach properties. I would say it’s a perfect resort and I’m being super critical because I would give the food a seven or eight it is not terrible. I just enjoy the options the menus at the other properties better Isabel’s at the Coconut Grove Ritz Carlton is hands-down our favorite. it is also definitely very difficult to get service on the beach. I did have to chase down the server who was lovely and there was only one person working the entire beach and again I’m being super critical because at $1000 plus a night you’re just looking for superior service. Overall, I would still give this property at 10 you cannot beat the location. The staff the access to a beautiful picture perfect beach and two amazing pools. We will definitely stay after the renovation is complete.

Incredible expiration liked everything

I am in love with this property and everyone that works there is wonderful. The only comment I have is they need new towels by the pool. They were frayed on the edges and many fresh towels had stains on them. My only flaw on the property.

The property is just beautiful. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. The lunch at the Mexican restaurant was phenomenal. The best quesadillas I’ve ever had!

For the Ritz, I expect better.

Extremely dissapointing for a 5 start hotel ! Old and awfull mattresses ! Like sleeping in a bed with 2 enormous holes ! Mattresses must be 20 years old Awful Internet is slow and awful Netflix wont work No coffee maker in the room ! It's like a 3 star hotel.......very dissapointing Breakfast is dissapoiting as well with a 3 star room , furniture that is outdated and food that is common Dinner overrated and not good we stayed only 1 night and moved Outdated Expensive Not worth it

The folks at the restaurants, cafes, front desk, beach etc were all very nice and professional. The room itself and the property need some work (renovation will happen in 2025).

This place is incredible. Service outstanding, place is beautiful and on the beach. It has all the amenities you would expect from a top hotel. But clearly a case of you get what you pay for. And you will be paying a lot of money for everything - $50 parking, $48 Resort Fee, expensive meals. So if you got the big bucks - go treat yourself!

Not a Ritz experience. Our 5th floor always smelling food for the 6 nights we stay there, noisy balcony from the hotel air circulation. Service very poor. The worst of all was the fishing boat recommendation ...Therapy IV.... how can Ritz be envolver in a such fake fishing experience?! had booked myself a fishing boat before and it was a real experience .... because I trusted the hotel I decided to follow the concierge suggestion.... what a shame! I love Key Biscayne the beach is beautiful and I wish this hotel be renovated to bring us a real Ritz Carlton experience.

Lovely property with outstanding service and top notch rooms. Family pool separate from lux adult pool. A welcome quiet resort for the couple who a romantic getaway.

This property is no longer Ritz level pr anywhere near it. Some of the staff were even RUDE, and it has the ammenities and service level of a DoubleTree. Very very poor.
