酒店位置距離Basel車站約10-15分步程，其中有一段路為斜路，推著行李上或落都頗為辛苦。前台職員整體是友善的，房間尚算濶落乾淨，但空調實在是有等於無般存在。

总的还不错，就是联系酒店没有得到任何回复。

Convenient hotel. Well located. Bathroom was quite tired in need for some love and care. Breakfast was good. Parking convenient as well

We were able to check in early thanks to helpful staff. Hotel facilities fine and room comfortable. A/ C adequate when on full setting. Some areas a bit worn/ tired eg carpets of common areas. Good central location easily accessible from main train station by ten minute walk or three tram stops.

Check in process did not go well and people at front desk did not seem overly friendly unless you spoke german. Housekeeping has a lot to be desired. We asked for our room to be cleaned. We got some new towels and the bedspreads were straightened out. No vacuuming, no wash cloths no clean glasses. The so-washcloth queen bed was two twin beds pushed together with a very uncomfortable seam in the middle and individual blankets on each side. Would not be my first choice to stay at again visiting this city. Restaurant on other hand gets 5 stars.

Great location, close to everything. We had a large clean room with air conditioning and a fridge. It was great because there was a heatwave when we were there.

Restaurant AC was non existent and the wait staff could not get order correct.

Hotel was nice but after staying for 5 days my work colegue and I wanted to checkout 2 days early and see another city. The hotel refused to provide any credit of any type, I am very dissatisfied with this outcome.
