The dryer was out of order and they were very rude! They could of had a better place for the dogs as well and charged me extra as well! 😡

The only complaints we had was the pillows were too soft and the bed was extremely hard. The hotel was very clean

I was not expecting much due to it being what i considered a small town. Should I ever find myself in Scottsbluff Nebraska again this is where I’ll stay! Staff is amazing! The room was much larger than i anticipated. The hotel is within 5-10 minutes of everything you could need.

I reserved a king size bed and did not get it. I am owed money for the difference and for misinformation on my confirmation

The staff was friendly, however not everyone is on the same page regarding billing and booking through Expedia. The hotel is clean and the rooms are fabulous!

The beds were horrible. 2 nites stayed here. Extremely hard mattresses that ledt you with lingering back pain.
