We were booked in promptly and the room was beautiful and spacious.

Key card machine wasn’t working. Room was old, but clean enough. Air conditioner was very loud and heat was on, and wouldn’t turn off . Waitress in the lounge was rude.

Beds are comfy, breakfast was delicious and the price was amazing.

Staffs are welcoming,breakfast was superb,room was neat and clean.the only downside was the aircon was noisy even if you turn the fan to low but other than that our stay was great.will recommend this to anyone.

The customer care was above and beyond. Sandy is amazing. She knew I was there for a funeral and she checked on me to see how I was doing. Never had this happen at any other hotel. And the lady who makes breakfast works very hard and is always smiling. I know her job is not easy, I know her life may not be but she wears a customer care crown. I loved the hotel. Clean, quiet, accommodating, close to everything and all in all over 5 stars. Thank you fo making a very challenging time so much more bearable. In kindness, Colli

We have stayed at Super 8 about 10 times and go back each time as it is a wonderful place to stay. Great front desk people, very clean, good free breakfasts.

Was a late check in. Checkin was quick and professional. The bed was AMAZING!!! Such a comfortable bed. I want to know the make and model so I can buy one for my home. Comp breakfast was basic but alright for a starter.

This hotel is fine is you just need a good nights sleep while you are passing thru the Edmonton area. Nothing particularly special about it but it is easy to get to from the Yellowhead Highway. Nice, helpful staff made our stay just that much better.

Showers don’t drain .. gross ..food left with some kind of slime frozen on the freezer tray of fridge; floors were dirty in room. When I mentioned showers would not drain front desk, ask me do I wanna plunger., coming back to a hotel room to own plumbing job, nothing joyful. Was offered to change your room, but at midnight we just forego the washroom and utilized a pool and facilities the next day elsewhere. Be at the Continental breakfast at 6 AM for anything that you eat by 9 AM will be.., uneventful. The smoke pit is at the front doors of the building and is truly disgusting even for a person who had bern a smoker. Wish I had better things to say truly do. Attendant in the morning, when I paid, the bill looked at me said sorry while folding the bill handed it to me and that’s all you’ll receive other than full price. Go elsewhere.

Everything went as expected

Great price and very clean! Just wish the bathroom had a better place to hang up wet towels.

Reception staff were amazing. Housekeeping removed items and did not replace and had to go to desk staff for replacements. Recycling and garbage were removed but coffee supplies not replaced. I had to go to desk three time on my second day just to have what I needed.
