El personal es muy amable y la ubicacion muy tranquila y bien comunicada

The staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. I was allocated a good size double room on the 9th floor overlooking the castle. The room has basic amenities, but it was perfect for a short city break. Housekeeping were making the bed and took out the rubbish every day, which was amazing as the room was kept clean for the duration of my stay. The hotel is in a very central location (Liberdade- nearest Metro stations are Avenidas and Rato). Marque de Pompal and Restauradores are at walkable distance, which is very convenient as this is where the majority of tours and day trips start from. There is also a big Continente nearby where you can buy water and other everyday essentials. Despite being so centrally located I felt safe walking around the area on my own, even in the late hours, so I would recommend this hotel both in terms of convenience and safety.

Ontvangst door vriendelijke medewerkers. Behulpzaam met bijv taxi bellen.Avondservice achter de balie om bijv iets te drinken. Iedere dag schone handdoeken, bed opgemaakt. Kamer stofvrij en schoon.

Bit of a letdown for an Expedia hotel

일단 호텔카드가 있어서 좋아요. 방안까지들어가서 무거눈짐 옮기는데 감동..ㅠ (저는 캐리어가 아니라 백팩여행)그리고 조식신청 따로안했지만 도착하는날 새벽도착이라 아침 현장에서 추가해서 먹었는데 괜찮았어요. 오렌지주스 직접 짜먹는게있어서 2알이면 한잔 나옵니다. 햄 치즈 빵 커피 오트밀 요구르트 등 서양식 아침상이에요. 아 계란도 스크램블해서.따뜻하게 있습니다. 호텔위치가 번화가쪽이 아니라 걱정했는데 오히려 조용해서 좋고 트램 2번 환승하면 라토역으로와서 마트장보고 호텔걸어가기 좋아요. 심지어 트램 환승하는 구역이 한국인들이 좋아하는 바베큐맛집도있어서 거기서 밥먹고 호텔가기 좋고 , 호텔가는길에 전망대로 인기있는 곳도 지나가요. 위치 좋습니다. 호카곶투어 미팅장소도 걸어서 13분정도 나와서 아침에 걸어갔어요. 호텔직원들도 친절했습니다. 그리고 바로 옆 피자집이 아침7시인가 오픈! 가까운마트 8시오픈 !

This place by far has the best reception staff. They make you feel at home and go above and beyond. Jessica and Tiago were just great. They were so helpful friendly and always ready to help. I will highly recommend this place. Small but clean. Great location to be at. 5 stars
