Good location, convenient, staffs are nice.

Location is good, just a few mins walk to metro and train station. Many restaurants nearby and open till mid night. Staff is very helpful, nice buffet breakfast, room is clean and cozy.

我們在Hotel.com預定成功後，到了當地，櫃台給了我們房卡，打開門之後，竟然裡面已有房客！讓我們非常驚訝，櫃台表示這是他們的疏失，除了不斷道歉，並立即安排我們入住200公尺的另一間旅館，且送我們兩天免費早餐，算是誠意十足。第二天早上我們隨即可以搬入，繼續後面的訂房服務。

熱水器壞了很多天都沒修復

靠近地鐵站，若搭火車抵達巴黎，可以直接從巴黎北站過來，只需搭乘一段地鐵不需換車，這一點非常方便。附近除了地鐵站，也有不少公車會到其他主要景點，也是一種方便瀏覽城市街景的旅行方式。飯店房間是經典的陳設，剛進門略有煙味，尚可接受。浴室有浴缸令人驚喜，但是肥皂及棉花棒等備品竟然是打開、甚至是用過的，清潔人員需要再多細心一些。房間沒有附早餐，但附近有很多經典老字號的咖啡廳，不失為另一種選擇。

The hotel is near line 4 metro station and Gare Montparnasse. Location is good. However, the hotel itself is quite small and may need some renovation. The room is very small and soundproof is not good, you can hear your neighbor's voices and street noise clearly. Air conditioner may also need some renovation as you can smell smoke from other rooms.

When I visit Paris, I used to stay at the Opera, department stores area. However, this time i choose this hotel nearby Gare Montparnasse and found the neighbourhood is more preferable. Nearby Hotel have 2 metro lines ( no. 4 & 12 ) and a quite convenient location . Hotel room is slightly bigger than usual Paris Hotel.

This hotel was an excellent experience for my first time visiting Paris and as a solo traveler. Staff was accommodating, breakfast excellent variety my driver was there on time to take me to the airport. The area was central but the only thing it was about a 20 minute walk to be accessible to everything. My room was clean and had all the amenities needed and I had the best night’s sleep every night after a long day of sightseeing.

The room was large for Paris standards as was the bathroom. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Balcony was amazing and greeted many memories! Area is a little more local which allowed for a great experience. All staff were great and attentive to our needs. Area is in a prime location for everything we needed and only a 10 min bike ride from the Eiffel (a daily occurrence for us)!

Property location was good,close to bus, metro and gare montpagnasse. However, quite old and not quite like the pictures, A bit dark inside the rooms. Also, no laundry service was available on property and I was asked to take it down the road to a laundry service. One of the front staffs was not very helpful or nice. Overall, if you just need a room to stay the night, can be an option.

Okay property. Nothing special. Key card did not work for room electricity.

O melhor do hotel é a localização. Perfeita. O hotel foi todo reformado, banheiros novos. Tem elevador , pequeno , problema de malas resolvido. Café da manhã , normal, com tudo do desjejum europeu. Quartos pequenos como o normal em Paris. Arrumação e troca de toalhas só se vc pedir , politica de sustentabilidade. A França está assim em muitas cidades.
