尽管我已确认预订了无烟房，但在办理入住时，房间内弥漫着浓烈的烟味，状况令人无法接受。我立即前往前台要求更换房间。遗憾的是，前台接待员最初的反应明显缺乏紧迫感和专业精神。她告知我酒店已客满，这种敷衍的答复完全无视了我的诉求。 最终，我不得不明确表示取消剩余两晚的住宿，酒店才开始认真对待此事。直到我提出取消预订后，酒店才派人前来核实房间状况，并最终同意更换房间。 此事凸显了酒店一线员工糟糕的客户服务水平。整个入住体验令人极其失望。我衷心希望酒店管理层能够改进服务，并确保今后所有无烟房都真正达到标准。

Lokasi hotel bagus dekat pusat belanja

Room's air conditioner were not working and no other solution than allowing us to open the window. We couldn't check if other rooms have AC problem, but the hallway, elevators and lobby was air cooled. Staff were not friendly during interaction. Check in time 3pm, no early check in available my family which has a child. About this check in time it was the same with 6 years ago. No improvement, it was a decreasing impression for me who have stayed there 5-6 times.

Saya pesan Family triple room di kasih xtra bed. Wc kloset tidak ada air lebih dari 48jam, staf tidak bisa memberikan kapan selesai perbaikan. Kamar mandi kotor, kamar bau lembab. Nginap di bintang 5 tapi sekelas penginapan melati. Wifi lelet. Bahkan di hari terakhir sebelum check out sudah tidak bisa terhubung. Dikasih gratis juga tidak akan balik di hotel ini!

Khách sạn đã cũ nên các tiện nghi trong phòng không mới . Nhưng gia đình tôi thuê được 2 phòng liền kề có của thông nên rất ổn.

Hotel located in a strategic place, walking distance to a shopping mall (e.g., Sogo/Lee Garden) and many food stalls nearby. The hotel room looks old and needs to be renovated. Breakfast is good, not so many options, but the taste is okay. MTR is around 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel, meanwhile bus and tram are just 3 minutes away.

地理位置极其优越。靠近商店和地铁站，搭乘电车和巴士也很方便。如果您想在铜锣湾地区住宿，强烈推荐这里。

Hotel tidak mengecewakan saat kami menginap di sana. Dekat Stasiun MTR Causeway Bay dan SOGO.

Lokasinya strategis, dekat ke Fashion Walk, restoran, Sogo, stasiun MTR, halte bus, dan halte trem. Ke mana saja mudah. Kamarnya bersih, kering, kurangnya hanya lantai kamar menggunakan karpet. Resepsionisnya oke, bahasa Inggris memadai. Air minum disediakan kran air filtrasi dan kualitas airnya baik untuk diminum.

I paid but I didn't stay in this hotel. I reserved a wrong date but they didn't care to help. I supposed to stay in the 5th of April but instead I booked the 4th. I already booked the Sheraton hotel in Macao on the 4th the same date as regal 's. No solution no refund no change. I went tO the regal hotel oN the 1st of April but Janice the regal hotel receptionist didn't cAre and asked me to contact app, the agent where I reserved and made payment. No help at all. I won't stay in this hotel in the future. To me is not about money but service and assistance is number one. Two thumbs Down for the service from the receptionist.
