The experience staying at NH Hotel was great.

The first room assigned did not have a lift to access. I had to pay extra 25 euros to get an upgrade for a nice family room. 25 extra is ok for a nice room. But who will book a room in a modern hotel of this class without a lift access in the first place?

All staff are friendly and helpful. Awesome breakfast.

There was some confusion at check-in between superior vs premium room. Photos are not accurate as there are many rooms . We skipped housekeeping and were issued a complimentary drink coupon - but the bartender had a tough time redeeming it. Helpful staff, firm bed, good size room. Needs touch up painting . Easy walk to train station- Longer to walk to City center.

Es increíble como adoptaron el edificio histórico para convertirlo parte del hotel. La habitación con las viejas vigas de madera nos encantó. El desayuno está en un hermoso escenario y no le falta nada. Seguro volveré

Check in time was at 15. I received my room 15:40. Had to wait 40 minutes. Room was very hot. Tried set the aircon to lower temp but not possible.

Petit déjeuner excellent. Propreté de la chambre correcte. Par contre tout est payant, y compris le café dans les chambres. Pas de restaurant dan l’hôtel.

Awesome staff, very nice & clean room. You have to have breakfast here, definitely much better that what you can find outside.

Einfach klasse ist das Hotel

Das NH Heidelberg überzeugt mit großen, modernen Zimmern und einer perfekten Sauberkeit. Das Personal ist durchweg kompetent und sehr freundlich, so dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, das mit einer großen Auswahl und vielen frischen Produkten begeistert. Auch die Hotelbar ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lädt zum entspannten Verweilen ein. Der praktische Online-Check-in und -Check-out erleichtert den Aufenthalt zusätzlich. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof und die gute Lage ist das Hotel zudem ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Heidelberg zu erkunden. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen kann.

Everything was really nice the only problem that we had is that we couldn’t charge the car because the charging machines were not working besides that everything was really good I really love the room and the location of the hotel
