The only issue we had was the beds were a little stiff. Other than that, great place to stay :)

This was such an awesome hotel! We loved everything about it. Your room was spacious and well appointed. The staff was polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

nice hotel, a little bit far from old town by foot

Amazing start to finish!

We were given a handicap room with combo shower/restroom area which wasn't the best for two persons to share the space. TV remote worked inadvertently and room AC control didn't seem operable. We ended up sleeping with the window open for air flow. Main draw for this property was the on site parking.

15-20 min walk from downtown Heidelberg. Lovely property. Accomodations were comfortable, clean, and quiet. Would stay again.

Overall very good experience. The only thing lacking was a restaurant in the hotel. The bar had a very limited menu. They are connected with the Italian restaurant next door which was average.

Stayed here for the Christmas Markets on a road trip through Germany. It was a great modern location with easy parking and helpful staff. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

This was just an outstanding hotel. The front desk was delightful and the room was lovely. The hotel was just set up fabulously and you didn't feel on top of people. I loved that the offered a drink if you didn't use housekeeping that day. The English translation needs to be updated to make it clear that the drink is only good for the day the coupon is given, but the bartender was lovely about it. Breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend. My daughter is a vegan and had more options than anywhere we've ever been. I am not a vegan and was very happy with all my options as well. It's a beautiful dining room and quiet and lovely to have a relaxing breakfast. The only sad note for me was the steam bath was not available for our stay. I wish the front desk had made us aware before we changed and went up there (because we said how much we were looking forward to it and asked where it was) but there was just a note saying it was broken. It's a small thing, but it was something that I had been looking forward to after walking miles and miles each day. The fitness room was in a sweet attic-type room and busy in the early morning and empty in the evening. They supplied water there. Be aware that this is just outside the old town. We walked everywhere we went - to old town, the castle, the train station, etc., and everything was easy to get to as it is very flat in Heidelberg, but it is not super close. I highly recommend this hotel. We felt spoiled.

Gorgeous place!

The staff from receptionists to bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Dont miss the nice drinks and snacks in the lobby area. The bar staff were very helpful and friendly. Only issue we had was the TVs not being capable of using streaming services like Netflix etc.

It was my first time in Heidelberg and I loved it. The hotel is beautiful, clean. The staff is friendly, very good breakfast. I would definitely return. Also, thank you so Iliara from guest relations.
