Nice choice.

整體環境算不錯,離市中心非常近,房間也很大,早餐也不錯,即使因為要搭早班機離開,還不能到餐廳使用早餐,也提供room service,只加價5歐元,價格還算合理.只可惜五星飯店收費高,房間竟然沒有無線網路,還得額外收錢,只有大廳有.很不方便

Perfect location & hotel

Everything was almost perfect! I can’t really complain. There was one thing and that was of course the air conditioning which we Americans are quite sensitive about my apologies. But mine particularly wasn’t working well. My daughter’s room was much cooler and worked better.

Great location and staff

We had an excellent stay. There was a leak from the ceiling in our king suite and they moved us into a larger room which was greatly appreciated. Overall it was a beautiful property, well-trained and friendly staff, with 5-star experience.

World class property. I’ll be back

Very limited options to eat within the hotel. Reception and Concierge where good.

Beautiful hotel and great location

Just perfect location .

The room we were placed in looked nothing like what is online. It was tiny and we were a bit crammed for our week stay. The service was good and the location was great though. But for a 5 star hotel I would have expected more from my room.

The staff at the hotel was the best! From the reception by the doorman and the front desk staff both made check in a breeze! Everyone was professional, courteous and helpful! Especially helpful was Luis, Tiago and David at the concierge desk who helped planted all my tours, got us a driver and helped with dinner and ticket reservations! They deserve my utmost appreciation for making my whole stay enjoyable.

No air condition

Great hotel and fabulous experience. Great service, very clean and would be a 5 star rating of AC worked as normal. AC would not cool well and it made the room muggy and tough to sleep. Otherwise all else as expected and enjoyable stay.

We stayed here previously and had a very good experience, unfortunately this stay wasn’t so good. The bed in our room was awful, felt as it was broken. There was no turndown service or restocking our water etc. Not what you expect for a 5* hotel.
