Quarto limpo, equipe muito atenciosa, café da manhã excelente. Boa localização do hotel

A localização é o ponto alto. No Chiado, em frente ao metro e ponto de eletrico. Hotel pequeno, mas atendeu bem para nós, pois ficamos apenas uma noite esta vez em Lisboa, num STOP OVER da TAP. Bom café da manhã num salão muito bonito.

Beautiful hotel in the best location in Lisbon

Excellent location. Big rooms. Very clean. Staff very obliging. Would happily stay again if we were to return to Lisboa.

We chose this hotel for the location. It is in a great location for shopping and restaurants. Located next to a Metro Subway entrance for transport to other places. The breakfast at the hotel is wonderful, in a beautiful historic dining room. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the street. This hotel is a delightful place to stay.

Beautiful general sitting areas, helpful staff. Fantastic location. Beds are uncomfortable. Musky rooms.

El hotel es muy limpio, ordenado, y está muy bien ubicado. El desayunador esta decorado con un gusto excelente. Si ubicación es muy céntrica, a metros de la estación Baixa-Chiado.

The hotel room was large and lovely. The breakfast included was very limited. The buns were stale and the coffee lukewarm. I was very disappointed in this buffet breakfast. Also there is not much of a lounge area like some of the other hotels in the area. But the bed was great and the room very spacious.

Stayed here for a few days with two teenage boys and partner. The place was clean and staff was friendly.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's a few minutes' walk to the Rossio train station that took us on our day trip to Sintra, and close to many of the restaurants, galleries, and shops in Chiado. The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, particularly those working at the front desk. The hotel as a whole felt worn, like it had seen better days. It was tolerable for three nights in Lisbon, but if we return, we will likely spend a little more for a much nicer property all around.

Great location! Updated room. Full breakfast with a lots of choices. Staff were very helpful with our stay. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends

The hotel is an older hotel, but very nice and located in a great position. Very happy with our choice to stay there.

O quarto era limpo. Pra uma única noite que ficamos foi ok. O chuveiro não era intuitivo, então era difícil manuseá-lo. Uniram duas camas de solteiro para tornar uma de casal, mas elas se separavam, dificultando o casal de deitar. Os funcionários são educados, mas demonstram um pouco de confusão na comunicação. Quando fomos fazer o check out, nós perguntaram 2x qual era o número do quarto, porque o número que estávamos falando não constava ninguém dentro. Depois acho que ele encontrou, pois não perguntou mais rs. Perto do cais, bem central. Conseguimos fazer tudo andando, mas é longe do aeroporto. Se for para estadia curta como a minha, melhor pegar um mais perto do aeroporto.

Everything was great, except that the condition of the hotel is older and it feels/smells old and moldy.

Overall nothing here but excellent location. Average rooms, no water or coffee in room
