When booking the room, I booked a king size bed and got a double bed. Although the room looked nice there was no hot water making it difficult to take longer showers.

No pool

Personal amable. Habitación cómoda, grande, estufa, nevera, microondas, tostadora, vajilla. Tiene todo lo necesario. Buena localización con acceso a la playa. No hay piscina, pero para nosotros no era algo que necesitábamos. Parece que habían áreas que estaban en remodelación.

Rooms in poor condition. Very old. No swimming pool in construction gave no accommodations. Bathroom on ventilation moldy condtions

The building is in dire need of upgrades. The hot musty aire that greeted me when I arrived on my floor was not pleasant. I didnt like that there is little to no housekeeping services. I ran out of toilet paper my last day because very little toilet paper was provided. When I asked for more the cleaning staff responded with a look of displeasure and only provided one small roll. When I saw that I needed more I asked for more at the front desk and was told someone would bring me more. No one brought me more and I resorted to using paper towles I cut in squares for toilet paper. I also saw a roach in the bathroom on 3 seperare occassions. I will never stay here again. Terrible!!!

Great location, close to everything, very clean and very safe

The check in procedure was slow, only one of three elevators were working, the pool was temporarily closed, no hair dryer in room. It took a lot of leg work to get one. We have stayed at ESJ many times. New management needs lots of improvement to make this as successful as previous owners.

Was super nice and comfortable

The oven did not work,room was clean.stayed 5 days had no wash cloths our entire stay, they gave us hand towels to use....

The room was full of knats ( insects) .Power went out on 1st niggt. No tv for 1st 2 days.

I didn’t like that Our room didn’t get cleaned because we only stayed 3 nights

Durante mi reciente estadía en su hotel, tuve una experiencia muy insatisfactoria. El hospedaje en general fue malo: el área de estacionamiento y el proceso de check-in no fueron agradables, los elevadores no funcionaban correctamente y tuve que subir y bajar por las escaleras en varias ocasiones. Además, no había bolsas de hielo disponibles y tuve que comprar una por $5, lo cual me parece inaceptable considerando el costo del alojamiento. los elevadores no funcionaban adecuadamente. En la playa tampoco había sillas ni sombrillas para los huéspedes.

Property is clean, quiet and very nice. The only thing is, there is no Pool. 😔

The updated double queen room that I had was beautiful. Loved the amenities, huge TV, AC/heat split unit modern kitchen and appliances and double sink that came in handy. Wife loved that the washer/dryer unit added the convenience of laundering our clothes without having to leave the room. Beds super comfy, area around hotel was walkable and had great food offerings. Beach access is great. We had a slight issue with lack of hot water, but a quick chat with maintenance and it was fixed in minutes (circuit breaker tripped). That was it.. Our stay was too short as we were so comfortable with everything that it just felt like home. The staff was genuinely happy to be there and supportive. Created a very welcoming atmosphere and we will return to the ESJ Beach Hotel.

Kitchen cabinet drawer falling. Rooms need to be updated/painted. Should offer to use pool from other hotels.
