This was an unacceptable experience. Check in was at 4 and the room was not ready until 5. We were then provided keys that did not work and did not have a remote to control the air. I had to go down to the office three times which wasted slot of our vacation time and I was late to a scheduled dinner. The manager avoided me and I was told that I would be provided a credit for the room which I did not receive. Will never stay here again.

The photos are very old because the property is run down and under a lot of construction. There is no pool and based on what I heard from the locals the pool been out of services for over 2 years. The property is nicely locales near the airport and there are plenty food options within walking distance. Beach access is easy.

stay was great

The hotel is located by the beach. It is a great Hotel if you want save money on breakfast. The property has lots of restaurants nearby and supermarkets where you can buy groceries.

The rooms were great. However, finding the hotel is tricky because it’s actually attached to the ESJ Towers. Also, the parking is in a basement garage which was a little difficult and dark.

Water didn’t work

There was no hot water the entire stay, no towels exchanged, no trash removal . When notified the front desk they had no other rooms , said hot water was broken and not fixable. Offered us to shower in the gym locker room across the property

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Dirty towls were giving. No hot water. Stains on sheets. Also sometype of bugs in bed that bit me and my girlfriend that causes many bites on our legs and back. . Of course no pool but you can use other hotel pools for a 100.00 charge per day. That is the deal the hotel made with the surrounding hotels if you want to use the pool. The view was nice and great location right on the bech..

Room was ok. Confusing layout of hotel and condos combined. Pool was long out of commission.

All of the above! All of the amenities were missing: no beach towels, no hairdryer, no coffee maker, no iron, a bucket, but no mop. I made reception aware of all of these missing items so that I would not get charged for them, and every time I mentioned it the person at reception would say “oh right away we’ll get those things up to you“ but it never happened. I asked for beach towels and had to wait one and 1/2 hours until housekeeping brought it up. This is after she told me that she would bring them right up. The staff did not seem to care about any issues that you had. We had to fend for ourselves otherwise the room was big and comfortable other than the bed which hurt my back. I would not stay there again.

horrible staff manager was super rude

Blood stained rug, no running water, the pool was all torn up, the curtains and blankets have holes, showers curtain disgusting, the game room nothing worked, no gym, Forced to pay an additional 210 at ck in for daily cleaning, no one cleaned our room all week until the night before check out and at that it was a halfassed job, bar is a joke, the indoor staff was rude. This was my first trip to PR- next trip I will select a different hotel for sure. I would not recommend at all.

Amazing Experience close to everything

Room was very clean and staff was courteous. Having full efficiency kitchen and unit with washer and dryer was key as room service was unpredictable. We would not stay there again if room did not have all amenities we had. Also we had to change rooms first night because of awful view on ground floor. Lot of disrepair on exterior of building. Pool and hot tub is an awful eye sore.

1. Las fotos de las habitaciones no son como realmente es la habitación, el hotel está muy descuidado. Para ese precio esperas un buen hotel y la verdad deja mucho que desear. 2. En 4 días hicieron la limpieza una vez. Nunca me dijeron en recepción que no harían la limpieza. 3. Pagamos vista al mar y la habitación que nos dieron tenía vista a la ciudad. Ninguna especificación de la habitación que venia en Expedía se cumplió más que la del precio. 4 El personal es amable pero no te resuelve, los huéspedes venimos de otros países y buscamos comodidad y pasarla lo mejor posible. 5. Las formas de pago tampoco las especifican en sus plataformas, deben ser más claros con sus políticas, nosotros no somos adivinos. 6. Existen muchos vicios en sus reservaciones, sean más honestos y más responsables con sus reservas y la gente que los visita. Si me preguntan yo no recomiendo este hotel para nada. 7. En resumen, no corresponde el precio con la calidad en el servicio que ofrecen.
