Beautiful safe but u need to taxi to go into town centre

Quando sono a Perugia dormo sempre in questi hotel. Stanza grande, comoda, terrazzino e ottima colazione

Per essere un hotel 4 stelle soprattutto nella camera mi aspettavo qualcosa in più ( ad esempio bagno molto vecchio, poca illuminazione) però nl complesso un buon hoel

Very clean, nice front desk people, breakfast was the usual continental breakfast but was presented very nicely. The ladies take great pride in their service.

Hotel da cui mi aspettavo di piu. Molto datato, il bagno invece è stato riammodernato dinrecente ma lamdoccia non scolava bene per cui si è allagato tutto, anche la.pendenza del.piatto doccia secpndo me era errata ed usxiva acqua da tutte le parti. Mi scuso per le condizioni in cui ho lasciato il bagno, non è da me. Personale cortese e gentile. Gravissimo a parer mio che per gli ospiti di un 4 stelle la sauna e la.piscina siano da pagare a parte... Peccato.

La mia esperienza è positiva, bell'hotel, spa e palestre disponibili. Comodo anche da raggiungere, ampio parcheggio. Tutto ok tranne un signore alla reception che quando ho chiesto informazioni mi parlava troppo velocemente e quando doveva ripetermelo, era molto scocciato e infastidito.

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. An average 3 stars hotel. An hotel for max a 2 nights stay or 1 for business non demanding customers. Every facility looks old and in need of restyling. From windows to bathroom or room tables dirty and dusted. Not a good experience.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were tidy and modern, and everywhere appeared clean and tidy. Overall the hotel was a great place to stay and I would recommend.

The restaurant really let the stay down, food took a very long time to arrive and some of the orders were missed.

Fabulous time at both stays here .Staff very friendly and helpful it was a relaxing stay and would recommend it.
