The location is great for walking to Ennis sites and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Things wish I’d known before staying here: there are NO outlets in the bathroom. Even if you brought converters (we did) you can’t use them in the bathroom. The hair dryer is in a drawer in the bedroom and can’t be moved so you’re getting ready in the bedroom where the lighting wasn’t great. There is no air conditioning. Our stay was during a heat wave and it was HOT in the room and made it hard to sleep. Overall, the hotel was fine but I wish I’d known these details.

Great location. Beautiful place with an amazing pub and restaurant. Right in the center of the old town city center. Perfect place.

The hotel is very conveniently located. We ate in the informal restaurant. There was a problem with the fridge so the wine was warm. The seabass meal was very small which is so unusual for Ireland. No veg offered and the staff were just no where to be seen. It may just have been an unlucky night but I wouldn't eat there again.

Good central location in Ennis with car parking. Quiet room and a very comfy bed. Pleasant and helpful staff, particularly in the restaurant and good food selection at breakfast buffet.

Room was great. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Free parking was a bonus.

Room was very outdated. Carpet with stains. Toilet would barely work. They put us right by the entrance/exit, so you heard people enter/leave all the time. Room was not like the pictures online.

Excellent location, within walking distance to everything in Ennis including shopping (Dunnes, Tesco, and quaint boutiques) and restaurants. Our standard room was well appointed, warm, and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choices for vegetarians. Highly recommend.
