It doesn’t deserve a 4* rating. Maybe 2,5 *. Old hotel, old corridors and rooms, extremely noisy air conditioning. Terrible restaurant service, long wait to be served and cold food. Breakfast far below that of a 4* hotel. Despite I asked for a refill of water in the minibar, I stayed out of water last night.

Very good stay. No complaints! Housekeeping very nice and helpful.

The property is very run down. The pictures on Expedia are very deceiving. Rooms are old and in urgent need of refurbishing. Very disappointing. The only good thing about the hotel are the staff, who are always kind and willing to help.

Very good hotel for a reasonable rate. I would recommend.

Great service

Bom o custo-benefício, conforto, instalações, localização. Não utilizei o restaurante mas pareci muito bom. Achei o serviço um pouco "lento". No checkin, no restaurante para tomar um café, no estacionamento que é cortesia, para receber meu carro. Escolhi no aplicativo Expedia um quarto com "super cama Queen" e acabei ficando num quarto com duas camas individuais. A recepção estava sempre em atendimento então só sinalizei a minha insatisfação, no check out.

Nice, clean, unique room, nicely furnished, breakfast became a little redundant, same thing every day specially on the hot plates, but still clean and tasty.

The check in takes incredibly long as they are understaffed. The room confort is a bit mediocre as the sheets are not comfortable. The ac makes noise.
