We waited at the front desk for 5 minutes while we checked in. But the breakfast was very good.

Room with nice view of fjord

Location is perfect and just beside the Fjord. However, we got a room that the water temperature for shower was not able to adjust so we took a shower with a bit cold water…

Veldig god frokost. Nydelig utsikt hotellet fra Eidsfjord.

We had a pleasant stay in Eidfjord. The location is breathtaking, the rooms are spacious as well as the other facilities. The property could use some update (doors, beds, etc.). Elevator was in maintenance during our stay. The door to our room would start the alarm every time we were going out, which was not convenient.

Room with balcony was perfect from 8pm to 8am but the cruise ships that came in every morning was a bit less interesting than the fjords and mountains behind 😉 Still a perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay, the rooms were big and very clean, the breakfast was excellent!

Unik udsigt fra hotel ud over søen. Meget god morgenmad. Nemt at lade elbil lige i nærheden. Dejlig gåtur i byen.

Heis var ute av drift, stikkontakt ved seng og under skrivebordet defekt ikke noe strøm, ikke noe vannkoker eller kaffe mulighet i rommet.

Beautiful spot. Bring sleeping mask and earplugs. No AC and can be hot in summer. Window needs to be open which means light and seagulls squaking most of the night. The elevator was out of service and although they had someone bring bags to your room it was a bit of a wait - would be reasonable to offer a drink or something to guests for inconvenience. We got food at the food trucks- great- and ate on a bench on the pier. Lovely.
