Very friendly and effective staff. The dinner we had at the Hotel was outstanding.

It was a fine place to stay overnight before we left on a cruise

I was very disappointed with the hotel I was thought it was good Check in was super slow looking as if the computer system is really obsolete Slow and few lifts for the amount of guests Bad taste decoration Bathroom very slippery and dangerous especially to old people Terrible internet connection We had to check out 2 days before and move to the Novotel near by paying twice for the accommodation Breakfast with not as much choice. Decoration resembles a nursing home refectory than a hotel I would never stay there again and never recommend to anyone. For the lack of internet connectivity we should be refunded. I could not work in the room or elsewhere in the premises Really disappointing!!!

Great place, elevators are not good though

Check-in was horrible. Only two staff when there's a long line of guests waiting to check in. I spent more than 30 minutes in queue.

Good room with a big balcony. Clean and comfortable. Just wished the bar would stay opened later. It was closed at 10pm. The room service was very good.

The good - very clean, new sheets, super comfortable bed, great service, excellent breakfast. The bad - could use better towels (the ones they have are brittle, not soft and smooth); as in most places in Brazil, windows could be soundproof - it gets noisy from traffic; what is up with those mini toilet paper sheets?!?!?

Smelly room

We loved our stay here, from the location to the amenities insides! The breakfast every morning was abundant and delicious and the staff even catered to us when our kids woke up a little late. The kids space inside was so fun along with the rooftop pool, with beautiful views! The location right across from the beach was perfect and having the mall attached (also with fun kids spaces) was just the right touch for our family. My only complaint is that the hotel staff expected birth certificates for our kids, which we obviously don’t carry with us. Also, the bathroom was a little musty due to no functioning fan, not sure if it was just our room.

Hotel is very good. Excellent location, next to a shopping mall. Best restaurants in town are in walking distance. Rooms are very comfortable, but a light renovation would be nice. Limited amenities in rooms. Overall a great experience. Will probably return.

No air conditioner to warm the room. Poor and old furniture that needs an overall improvement. Not good breakfast. Really bad hotel!

Great location, close to the beach and other convenient places like restaurants, shopping centres and main streets.

The property has one of the best positions in the city and has wonderful views, however it needs updating and better, more thorough maintenance. It would still be my choice for future trips, as it’s in a very beautiful and safe area.
