Great job, well done. Thijs was very friendly and helped us with the room arrangement as well as the shuttle to the airport. The souvenir shop in the corner of the lobby floor is a great addition to buy extra souvenirs should you forget to buy outside of the hotel, and I must say they do have a very valuable price. Overall, it was a great stay. McDonald's in front of the hotel and the small snack shop in the lobby gives an extra value. Thank you.

The hotel was great, the staff was friendly, only the chef in the breakfast area can't even make eggs (burnt outside, soft inside) and asks weird questions, and he is busy flattering a girl. Breakfast is not worth that price, but you don't have a choice. The area is far from everything, but you have a shuttle bus every 30 minutes, which is great.

This is such an amazing hotel. Shuttle bus to airport is every 15 mins, the room is big and very clean. I even got a free upgrade.

Staff very friendly, helpful. Room is clean. It was just that my room is smell cigarette. I only stay for one night so I just take it.

Check in was smooth, we only stayed one night to fly from Schiphol. The room was big and comfy, they prepare baby cribs quickly. Couldn't wake up earlier to check on the swimming pool. We arrived at the lobby for the shuttle two minutes before time but it was already full, so the front desk arranged the next shuttle to go only for the three of us! So much better than the hotel IN the airport.

Secara lokasi memang agak jauh dari central Amsterdam, hotel nya bagus, bersih. Saya tinggal disini agar dekat dengan airport.

Hotel yang sangat dekat dengan bandara, di depannya ada mc. Donald 24 jam.

Lokasi sangat strategis dekat bandara dan ada shuttle bus, untuk shuttle dari hotel ke bandara harus reserve dulu karena shuttle bus-nya kecil tapi nyaman, kamar ukurannya luas, nyaman dan menyenangkan.

Bagus kamarnya, nyaman, pemanasnya bisa diatur sesuai suhu pakai AC di Indonesia, bisa juga panas sekali.

Good place to stay, especially for a business traveller and near to public transportation.

The only minor thing is you have yo reserve your seat before airport transfer. The airport transfer using big van. It's different with besrlt western hotel in front of NH which is provided bus and no need to reserve seat

We are very disappointed because took us 45 minute for check in and also check out and up the top of that they charge us twice for 1 night sleep.
