Room smelt of smoke and staff were unhelpful and quite dismissive

Enjoyed breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable although the shower room was fairly basic and needed some tlc.

The rooms were very clean. The shower was very warm and we slept like babies!

We always stay at Ibis Valladolid on our travels. The staff are super-friendly and efficient. The hotel is very comfortable with a good restaurant. A great place to stay for on the road journeys.

No air conditioning again !!!!! Same as last trip . So hot in the room and air con blowing out hot air .
