We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car but the hotel do not have charging facility. We tried to use public charging on the street but was in vain as we did not have payment account. Jonas found and allow us to use a plug in the workshop so that we could charge our car with a converter provided by the rental company. Without Jonas's assistance, we could continue our journey. In all, it was a value for money and enjoyable stay.

If you are thinking of staying anywhere else in toscana…DON’T! This was the most amazing stay. We extended our stay because it was so beautiful and full of history. The amenities are also wonderful!

Heel mooi hotel met 2 restaurants waar je lekker eten krijgen. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Klein minpuntje misschien was dat de airco het niet kon halen tegen de warmte.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely garden and pool. We booked a deluxe room, which was very nice. The only thing that bothered us was the small tv, you couldn’t really see from the bed. Breakfast was perfect, coffee & lactose-free milk, all good.

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil dans cet établissement qui est très bien tenu. Nous avons profité de la piscine interieur. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, beaucoup de produit frais.

L’ambiance est exceptionnelle, le service est chaleureux et prévenant, et le restaurant est aussi excellent. Je recommande chaleureusement.

Très bel hôtel personnel très agréable, à l’accueil et au restaurant, dommage que l’accès à l’autre restaurant ne soit pas accessible pour les personnes en demi-pension alors que ce n’était pas précisé, et que l’accès aux spa soit payant Sinon je recommande cet hôtel
