Very convenient to the event that we attended. The staff was friendly and it didn’t take long to check in. No complaints. Breakfast was hot . The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable.

We stayed overnight for a early flight out of Knoxville. They have a 24 hour shuttle service which was nice. The hotel itself was clean and the people were nice. Overall a good experience.

I have had company at home for weeks< I just needed some quiet time alone to study & relax! This stay was perfect!!

Room was not ready at check in, smoke detector was being replaced. Pack and play was dirty and not ready at check in. Room smelled of "vape" when we entered

I dont know my flight was canceled the hotel would not give me a rufund im not getting there intil the 27th

Perfect find!

Room was fairly up to date and clean, except the carpeting felt sticky no matter where we walked, so we just wore our shoes the whole time. Staff at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of options for the included breakfast, which was nice. Airport shuttle service was also great.
