Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view)

Perfect room and perfect view with perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The staff were briliant and the half board option is definitely worth it! The spa is lovely but you do have to book in advance. The hotel was lovely but the standard double rooms aren't that of a 5* hotel, they were very basic.

Beautiful property across from the beach! Great breakfast lots if choices with coffee , juices or Mimosas. Awesome spa !

All of the staff we came into contact with were brilliant people, so helpful and friendly. There is a general feeling of genuine, caring all done in a professional way. We used the sauna and indoor pool etc only once but I commend it also. Breakfast was also ideal. Estephani was a beautiful advert for the image of the hotel. She helped my Spanish for daily greetings! The staff behind the hot plate gave us beautiful omelettes all done with a smile. Manu who works on the front desk deserves a special mention from me. I had not even realised that I had dropped my wallet with passports and cards etc outside of the hotel so I was very surprised and incredibly grateful when he knocked our door to return them. What a saviour I am so thankful. All in all we had a great time at the hotel

Das 5 Sterne Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, abgenutzte Möbel. Dicker Teppich im Essensbereich…unhygienisch. Reinigungspersonal hat immer etwas vergessen…kein 5 Sterne Luxury Hotel Standard. Schade

The sea view room was amazing, and the staff were incredibly attentive. We especially enjoyed the spa and spa services.

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious room with a balcony. Friendly staff. Use of spa and breakfast were highlights for us.

Room was spotless, staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was super.

Firstly there are no signs around the hotel to denote this is where you can enter from. No way to park in front of the hotel to offload the luggage. This hotel is self proclaimed 5 stars, in reality it’s doesn’t even deserve a 3 star. There is no hotel parking but luckily there are parking spots available in the next lane. The water at breakfast table is in bottles which they don’t even allow you to take to your room. Terrible coffee and coffee makers. Staff is not well trained. Very hard to get hold of front desk and they never answer the phone calls. No bell service. For ice to the room there is literally no room service. No water service at the room. Everything is charged and you have to go to the restaurant to get water and ice. Again you will be charged for these services to the room. The housekeeping will not even fill up the bodywash in bathroom. We had to buy bodywash from outside to use. The staff is friendly and have smile on their face but apart from that there is no proper service for 5 star hotel. The pool water is freezing and no one could really get the water. All people around the pool were only sunbathing. No private beach for the hotel, the beach around the hotel demands €60 for 2 loungers with an umbrella. The sea is rough and water is turbulent. Few pros- good mattress, clean bathrooms and washroom. There is a safe in the room. Overall it’s a decent hotel if you want to only relax at night but overall don’t expect any great of a service.
