Lovely big stylish room. Amenities good & very convenient for town.

Charmerende byhotel med central og rolig beliggenhed. Fin service. Vi havde booket med parkering og fik anvist en garage med lademulighed. Kort gåafstand til seværdigheder.

The staff was courteous and answered all our questions. The location is great, just across the canal and a quiet neighborhood. Approximately 10 minute walk to the nearest shop or restaurant. Our room was small, but very comfy for two adults. Not much of a window view. It overlooked other apartments, so our window and curtains were always closed. With that said, we kept finding mosquitos in the room (about 5-6). The elevator is rather small and dated. Fits 2 adults and 2 luggages. Use of stairs was easy, but steps were creaky due to the age of building. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel Augustyn was an ideal place to stay during our trip to Bruges. The room was extremely comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I would absolutely stay here again.

Die Lage ist super, die wichtigsten Orte in Brügge sind locker zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotzdem gibt es preislich faire private Parkplätze. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Trotz der recht zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig, nur von den direkten Nachbar-Zimmern konnte man vereinzelt Geräusche vernehmen. Die Zimmer sind super sauber und das Bett war gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch das Personal, alle waren super nett und zuvorkommend und haben sich Zeit für Empfehlungen sowie alle weiteren Fragen genommen. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen: Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Brügge würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Perfect hotel for our Bruges stay. A short walk from the centre which made it quiet at night. Very comfortable beds and helpful staff.

Clean, spacious and convenient, shops and restaurants are walking distance, staff are friendly and helpful.

Wir hatten ein ganz neues Zimmer, mit kleiner Küchenzeile, zu viert sehr praktisch. Terassenmöbel wären noch schön gewesen, aber ich glaube, die Terasse war noch nicht fertig. Lage optimal, Personal sehr nett!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and courteous. Front desk is not available 24/7, only during select hours. Street parking available, but expensive during the day. Parking garage accessible, 7 min walk. Very close to city center, shops and restaurants. No refrigerator in the room. Overall very nice.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Augustyn. The lady behind reception was lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. I proposed to my girlfriend whilst staying here, and they decorated the room for us , which really added to our time here. We will be sure to come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We were unexpectedly surprised with how wonderful this hotel was. Luca at the front desk could not have been more friendly or helpful. We had the family room which was so large and perfect for our needs. Our friends had the regular room which was also great. It was our favorite hotel of our entire stay and I would 100000% recommend you book without question.
