非常好

以此價錢住歐洲酒店，而且又有唔錯的早餐，加上有spa溫泉及室內泳池，又有很大的健身房，是比想像中好好多，覺得超抵，如果下次有機會再去布特貝斯會再住此酒店。

Lovely hotel on Margaret island. Full buffet breakfast is amazing with the choice on offer. Evening buffet again lots of choices and reasonable prices. Would definitely stay again as easy access into city via bus/metro.

Personnel professionnel et à l'écoute. Le SPA est ouvert jusqu'à 21h ce qui facilite le multiple usage. Les chambres confortables. Un seul hic: la propreté des moquettes dans les chambres et dans le couloir du 1er étage menant au SPA. La ventillation motorisée necessite de l'entretien.

The room was great, with a view of the Danube. It was comfortable and had everything necessary. The spa is great, as is the hotel staff. But the food..... This was a big problem. Many of the dishes we tried were inedible, extremely salty. Other were over cooked. What a pity, because everything else was very good

Vänlig personal, vänligt bemötande. Dålig kapacitet för behandlingar - beställ i förväg om du vet vad du vill ha. Matsalen rätt ok. Levande musik av duktiga musiker nästan varje kväll i hotellbaren, men matutbudet där är lite magert.

Service was fabulous, staff were friendly, the location was perfect and the breakfast was sufficient. We had some issues with lighting in the room but staff managed to fix it. I loved how the rooms were cleaned while we were down for breakfast and done by the time we got back.

Loved being able to easily access the baths and massage services etc!

We loved our time at Ensena!!! Great rooms and amenities, we were here for the annual holiday and they had a festival on the island as well as we were able to walk to the festivities!

Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen! Tolles Frühstück wahnsinnig große Auswahl womit wir garnicht gerechnet haben! Super nettes Personal! Man ist nicht direkt in der Stadt aber trotzdem ist alle super schnell zu erreichen!

Bel hôtel situé sur une superbe île, piscines très agréables, je recommande.

街中ではなく島のホテルなので静かで過ごしやすいホテルでした。部屋のバスローブを着て温泉施設に出入りできるのも便利でした。

The AC is proble with old technology

The breakfast buffet and the diner/cafe offered several safe gluten free options as there are several celiacs in my family. The food was tasty. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. This wasn’t our first stay at this hotel and we enjoyed our stay again.
