是次第三次去 Edmonton，故欲選一間從未去入住及價錢合理的酒店。我們一家極之讚賞這酒店，房間整潔及衛生，床舖新淨又大，裝修仍保持新淨，一家住得好舒服，睡得很好。在此讚賞前台員工友善，態度親切！讚賞！推介此酒店！

The staff wasn’t very friendly and the fridge and air conditioning was leaking water. The room was very hot and humid.

Kids enjoyed the pool. Having both a breakfast restaurant and a good steak restaurant in the hotel were a great asset. Not having to go outside was great as weather wasn't the best.

Elevator wasn’t working. Pool area was very dirty

Great hotel for the value on the West side Pros: Big hotel with a great pool area as well as a Dennys attached. Comfortable beds and modern room Staff was very helpful and friendly...Maria was a a gem at checkout Walkable to food and shopping including WEM a short Uber away Cons: Hotel exterior and hallway carpets are showing their age. This is basically 2 hotels in one! Multiple entrances and front desks for the main hotel and a bridge to the tower hotel...a maze that makes Vegas hotels look normal.

Vending machines weren't working. The Denys restaurant food was poor. No continental breakfast. Staff was really good and efficient, room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed for one night, and the hotel exterior was extremely dirty. Our room smelled like smoke and the hotel would not provide a discount. The hotel also has an odd smell throughout

the front desk staff was rude and no help at all, and i didn’t even get my money back from them when they told us that we were unable to stay in their hotel.

Room was decent, staff was friendly, hot tub was not working it was out of order due to Maintenance, I would maybe give a few months notice if things like this were going to be down. Other than that our stay was good.

I love this hotel, it’s so clean and it’s now my #1 hotel I will come to every time I am in the city.

The pictures for the suite we booked did not match the room we were assigned. We were offered an upgrade on our last night of our four night stay. We declined. The hot tub was not working, it was down for maintenance but it looked like it had been that way for a few months. The rooms were clean the hotel is located close to the attractions we were interested in. The night clerk was very helpful.
