是次第三次去 Edmonton，故欲選一間從未去入住及價錢合理的酒店。我們一家極之讚賞這酒店，房間整潔及衛生，床舖新淨又大，裝修仍保持新淨，一家住得好舒服，睡得很好。在此讚賞前台員工友善，態度親切！讚賞！推介此酒店！

Staff and great room set up

Staff and room were good. Shower had zero pressure, I used the shower at the gym my second day.

Staff was great, room was clean. Our fridge didn’t work and they had it switched out instantly. Great service.

Room was great. Pool was great.

Room was super small! also had a room connected by a hallway door that we thought was not booked or would have upgraded. The Hallway door kept us awake all night from the other room opening and closing almost every hour.. One can only imagine what they were doing or running out of that room! The property was very nice. Go for the bigger room, doesn't cost that much more and you'll have a great experience there!

Staff were rude and miserable

Great room, beautiful pool area.

The.room was clean and the staff was very kind. Only unfortunate thing was we put the please clean our room sign on our door and our room wasn’t cleaned.

Was a great stay my kids loved it and it was very relaxing

Fell in love with the tower, close to major shopping centres and restaurants

We were put in a room right next to some kind of mechanical room (maybe the pump room for the pool?) It was VERY loud and went all night long. Beds were not too comfortable - at the end of their life. The hotel is a bit of a maze and limited parking out front due to two restaurants that access the same parking lot. Staff was friendly. Pool area is inviting and comfortable. Decent location and access to amenities.

Room was clean, jacuzzi was nice

Property is run down, pool area is great. It’s pet friendly and a dog was left in a room barking non stop for over 3 hours .. staff were helpful and tried to fix it and did compensate for it.

The area around the hotel was disgustingly dirty. In the room itself, the shower was leaking all over the floor in the bathroom and floorboards were water, damaged and moldy.

The staff were great but the room we were in had a plumbing issue the sink and shower slow draining.

I don’t know about the bar but the laundry services were not the greatest. They should get the stock up washer and dryer. They would be so ideal for guest who stay long periods of time. The washer and dryer they have now takes thee longest time to dry like three hours.
