the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100.

Our stay here in Sevilla was wonderful. Our hotel was great and staff and amenities were great. We highly recommend your next stay at this hotel.

A limpeza dos quarto é feita em passo de corrida. Quando entrei pela primeira vez no quarto verifiquei que o quarto tinha vestígios de sujidade. Informei a recepção e mesmo depois de voltares "limpar" embora tivesse ficado um pouco melhor, verifiquei que foi feita uma limpeza a correr só pelo meio. Nos cantos do chão e por baixo das camas não foi limpo. É muito triste um hotel deste tipo, não ter brio na limpeza. O resto dos serviços funcionam bastante bem. Tirando a limpeza, gostei bastante da estadia.

The breakfast was incredible And the options were immense . The director of The hotel asked if We Needed it Anything else and my wife requested a tea pot and we had it in the room moments later.

The hotel was absolutely lovely, perfect for our trip and accessible transport to the airport/city centre!

Nice hotel, location a bit remote.

Do not look at the pictures, which look impressive, but the most beautiful part of the hotel, which is the one you mostly see in pictures, is not even open. Very old and tired hotel. The bed looked disgusting, we did not open the sheets and instead slept with clothes on over. It has potential and was probably at one point a good hotel, but very disappointing right now. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. More like a 2-3 star.

Busy conference biased hotel, an ok stay. Building huge and is a little dated / tired. Good pool and breakfast.

Nothing very old, pictures were not accurate, terrible smell.

Great hotel! Exterior surroundings outside were gorgeous so was the interior! Location is great and you can easily walk to many things. Staff are so lovely and helpful and friendly.

Tout est parfait ! Bien situé et personnel accueillant et très belles installations. Le seul hic le prix du déjeuner buffet à 19 euro ! C’est exagéré!

Muy cómodo, cerca del metro.

Enjoyed our stay. Choice of restaurant good food, good service from all the staff. Pool is excellent with sun chairs. More sun umbrellas would be good. Easy to get to the city centre by local bus. Tour guide very helpful. Will stay again.
