待我们抵达旅店时，酒店经理告诉我们由于其他原因，必须更换房间，并向我们展示了他们的家庭房（我们原本预定了两间大床房）考虑到家庭房的确是他们比较好的房间，我们接受了，但是房间缺点也是比较明显的，只有一个浴室，上下层都没有门，私密性和隔离性都不够，比较容易相互影响。有阳台，阳台正对着河对岸的米开朗琪罗广场，所以酒店的位置一般，距离几座桥和中心区相对都比较远，但是佛罗伦萨总体不大。这是一家老牌的酒店，装饰很高，服务到位，人们都很热情，不得不提露台，虽然由于地理位置，角度不是最完美，但无疑也是一流的，如果你上去你就会知道，完全不想下来！总的来说还是比较推荐的。

Internet struggles when in the rooms, but the rooftop bar/pool area has strong wifi and it's a much better place to setup if you have to do some light work. The views are stunning from the rooftop, you can watch the sun set and skip the tourist trap spots for that. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The bar staff makes the absolute best Aperol Spritz we found in the city as well as a Hugo Spritz (our new favorite). Breakfast is delicious and covers both local and international options. We highly recommend staying here as it's perfectly located in the city for all the major sightseeing options. Will definitely be back.

The staff was fantastic and very inviting. The roof top bar was lovely with amazing views of the city. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel to ensure your stay in Florence is comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spotless, featuring high ceilings and a lovely city view that surpassed my expectations. Initially, I was concerned about not having a water view, but the cityscape was simply beautiful. The staff provided exceptional service, and I particularly enjoyed the cocktails from the hotel bar. This hotel is truly a gem in a prime location, and I can't wait to return!
