We were only there for a short 12 hrs but all was great.

Very good hotel with lots of amenities. Service and food are good, great location close to airport. This time my bathroom was not great, with some mold and a broken rail in the shower door. Not a big issue but maintenance should be better if they want to keep a higher standard (and price).

Gostei do quarto, pois ele é espaçoso, cama confortável, banheiro bom. Não pude conhecer melhor o hotel, porque fiquei apenas uma noite lá. Mas, posso elogiar o serviço de transfer que eles têm para o aeroporto de Guarulhos. Funcionou muito bem tanto do aeroporto para o hotel, quanto do hotel para o aeroporto. E os funcionários do hotel foram todos muito gentis conosco.

Fantastic!Best hotel near the airport. Room was comfortable room and quiet, very clean, huge breakfast (gluten-free and vegan friendly). Staff was friendly and airport transfer was on time.

Hotel confortable très bien situé. Le personnel a été prévenant, cordial et efficace. La chambre est bien, classique, hélas avec des fenêtres fixes. Le restaurant est bon et varié.
