Located a short but easy walk from old town part, good location - easy to get to different areas, shopping areas, tram stop v close, bars, bakeries, restaurants all v nearby. Room compact but modern, clean, well equipped & comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again & recommend.

A perfect base spot for our trip through the French Riviera! Friendly staff, and easy walk to the train station, Old Nice and the beach. We did laundry at the laundromat directly underneath the hotel, very convenient. Day trips were easy to Monaco, Cannes, Antibes and Villefranche-Sur-Mer.

Excellent and friendly staff. Karinne was especially helpful with our check-in and made for an easy and uneventful stay.

I can’t really rate the property as the room that I had was totally insufficient for a wheelchair. I could not even get in the door or into the bathroom. They did arrange for me to go to a sister hotel. It wasn’t as elegant, but it was sufficient, and I appreciated their assistance

Exactly what we were looking for! Affordable and Clean. The front desk was wonderful help with recommendations on where to go and how to get where we wanted to go, we were able to see so much more with her help! Thank you!

Old, dated, only 1 chair in the room, needs a massive update. Not coming back again.

The hotel and there staff were ok and friendly, one big dislike was the state of the bathroom there was dirt round the sink tap, bath plug control, bottom of shower door and most of all under the rim on the toilet, I did manage to wipe some off with a wet tissue, so imagine what a good bleaching would do.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a tram station that takes you to the airport one block away. Very convenient.

The hotel was close to everything. Could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Booked the room (105) with the large terrasse, large bed/ bath and shower/tea/coffee machine. Great value for money and hotel is next to the tram stop Durandy. Service was wonderful from everyone. Friendly, attentive, and they kept the baggage until later in the day. I would recommend the hotel on the service and the value for money.

The experience was ok. I didn’t expect the bathroom is really small.

This hotel has friendly staff and a comfortable, welcoming environment. I liked that it is tucked away off the street and has a beautiful lobby space for having a coffee or happy hour. There is water available by the reception and you have your choice of still or sparkling. You can take a carafe up to your room and stow it in your fridge, too. The room we had was quaint but functioned just fine for two of us. I was grateful that there was a closet for stowing shoes, smaller bags and for hanging clothes. I also appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine for having an afternoon cup after coming back from a day of exploring. The room overall had some charming details that made it feel inviting and updated. We did pay for the breakfast and enjoyed the variety of options. Lastly, the hotel is situated not too far from the shopping on Jean Médecin and is a short distance from the beach. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a short getaway.
