A great location and super friendly hotel with excellent breakfast. We definitely recommend this hotel for center Wien tourists.

A nice and gorgeous hotel and its staffs. The hotel location is convenient especially considering to its cost. Breakfast is pretty delicious. It should be recommended in general.

Good location, close to city center and MRT station. Elegant design room. Breakfast is with lots of choice.

1) The hotel is very close to subway exit 2) The staff are very nice and helpful 3) Quite a number of restaurants, cafe, and supermarkets are nearby 4) The bed is comfortable, and it is quiet at night time The only complaint that I can think of is that the wifi is slower than I expect, but not a big problem

很乾淨，交通也很方便！

服務員很好，主動協助搬運行李；當我check out時遺留東西，他們的服務員很快幫我拿回。酒店房間不大，但舒適度不錯。酒店早餐很豐富，而酒店附近的壽司餐廳也不錯。地鐵站就在隔壁，就算走路到市中心也很方便。

Bra hotell med en god frukost, rena rum och nära centrala wien

Pluses: very convenient location - easy to walk to a lot of places and right by an underground station - two stops to Stephansplatz. Reception staff are helpful. Double glazing is good and keeps out the street noise. Minuses: tired room particularly that the bathroom door was water damaged and wouldn't shut. Noise from inside the hotel: the nearby lift pinging, walls quite thin so could hear the neighbouring room sometimes, Breakfast was in the basement and not really cheered up by the piped waltz music. The main issue was not enough staff to replenish items. Bread rolls were good, nice to have hard boiled eggs available. Smoked salmon lovely on the day it was there. Juice seemed to be from a packet and the fruit salad was bland. Also constantly running out of mugs for tea.

Ce n'était pas le premier séjour pour moi dans cet hôtel. Pas de surprise avec un service toujours efficace et une chambre confortable et très propre.

La chambre était spacieuse et extrêmement propre. Lit et draps extra confort! Tranquillité très appréciée. À deux pas du métro: génial! Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation!

Habitación limpia. Cerca de la estación central puede movilizarse en tren está a una parada. El taxi cobra muy caro. Muy recomendable.

清潔な客室。程よい朝食ビュッフェ。駅から徒歩1分圏内の好立地。市街地にもウィーン中央駅にもアクセスしやすかったです。

The employees

Great location! Close to the train station and major tourist attractions in the city. Breakfast buffet was full of fresh fruit and vegetables along with homemade eggs and fresh fruit. Staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. Would definitely recommend.

Beliggenhed, kedelig Rum, rummeligt Seng og dyner, godt Morgenmad ok men buffet meget mangelfuld (kl 8:30). Personale, total arrogant. Service, ikke tilstede. Konklusion - find et andet sted med en god seng
