Wish there was a hot tub for relaxation

Staff is excellent

Dated property. Pool was out of service with no date for repair. Website and welcome message actually stated that pool was working.

Older hotel, but hot and soft water and having Dennys there in the morning is awesome

Room needs more attention

I requested a new room after the first room we were given had clearly been excessively smoked in. The carpet and bathroom were both filthy. The front desk staff were apologetic and gave us another room that did not smell. The bathroom was not very clean though and food crumbs all over the corner chair in the room. I did receive Denny's gift cards and a discount coupon which were appreciated. This property is very run down and the pool is currently out of commission which is not mentioned on their site.

Handy having a Denny's onsite. Property is in need of a update. Room was okay and staff courteous as well. Will stay here again. Not sure what it is with Terrace but few businesses keep their grounds clean. How about getting a sweeper in and cleaning your parking lot. It's hard on luggage wheels rolling them through the winter sand left on the pavement. Also try a pressure washer to clean your sidewalks.

Most staff is great, they have very comfortable beds. They don’t clean behind things. So there were dental things behind the night stand and so much dust etc. it’s cheap and you get what you pay for. I suggest the cleaner do a once over better in between stays or something. Pool was closed.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and warm. Would be happy to stay here again.
