The hotel's location is very good, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff are also very friendly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the guest room was not very ideal. After checking in, I found that they did not change the bed sheets, so I had to go to the front desk to get them and then return to the room to change them myself. The equipment and hotel supplies in the room are also incomplete. Somewhat disappointed.

Highly recommend. Though no views in our room, we enjoyed quiet nights here. The room is clean and spacious, and the staff are friendly. It's quiet near to the French quarter area (without the noise) and convenient to get to different tourist attractions.

I have stayed at a lot of AC hotels and this was not to my standard. Not clean

Very attractive property, the room was very nice and soothing, great beds and ac worked! Did small bites menu at bar akso very good. Would stay here again

Great location. Staff was so helpful. Hotel and room was beautiful and extremely clean.

Elevators didn’t work didn’t have a luggage carrier so it made it harder to get to the room. Had to go upstairs with kids in a stroller had to left them every time going out and come in because the elevator to our room didn’t work the Ice machine did not work on the floor.the bartender sit was on the phone will we waiting think she was in the back and it was her the whole time sitting there and didn’t say anything until the lady called her phone to let her know we wanted a drink. and ask the cleaning lady for a face towel she never came back.The check in lady was nice and the parking men was nice.

This was a hotel that was in dangerous place in the city. Outside you wouldn’t want to be walking alone. The hotel room had mold in the shower, an almost broken lock and lifting flooring in the bathroom. For a Marriott it was not what I expected. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.

I didn't like a room facing a parking structure, felt like I was in a cave. Getting to my room was like a maze. It seemed old and room was small. It was fine for one night. Girl at front desk was really sweet that checked me in.

Booked a room with a city view and got a room with no windows. Tried calling multiple times before checkin to let them know we’d be coming a bit later than normal and no one picked up. Guy at the desk wasn’t helpful at all not listening to us or answering any of our questions. The rooms with no windows literally feels like you’re stuck in a closet.

rooms weren't cleaned super well i noticed the shower didn't seem cleaned well. first room they put me in had broken bathroom door & toilet was running constantly.

This hotel is in a great spot. Hotel in good shape and room was fine. That’s where the good end. Front desk was terrible. Never invoiced me for my stay. Charged me for breakfast that was included in stay. So contacted hotel. No help. Contacted hotel.com also no help. Customer service failure on all parties. Feeling burned.

I enjoyed my stay, it was my first-time visiting New Orleans I took my boyfriend for his birthday, his first-time also. The staff was truly welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. I would stay at the AC again

The property was located near many eating places and it took less than 2 minutes from front desk to get booked into room and the valet was awesome with retrieving car when needed
