Service and hospitality is impeccable. We were upgraded from studio to family suite, room size was doubled!

意大利全程最贵的一家酒店，和四季价格差不多了，位置很好，在老桥旁边。一开始感觉都很不错，包括酒店位置服务之类的。但是，最后一天早上退房后，中午在威尼斯收到了酒店的扣款，说是其中有个房间有消费酒水和小食，扣费前没有收到任何的邮件和电话通知，要不是设置了扣费自动微信提醒，自己都不知道被扣费了。立即询问同行的朋友，他们表示绝对没有消费，一定是弄错了。当下就给酒店打电话，来来回回折腾了很多次，体验感很差，这个级别的酒店不应该出现这种问题。

Great experience！ Staff enthusiastic! Good location! The room is also very big and beautiful! But there is no gym. The room near the street was a bit noisy. But it is great!

这家酒店是菲拉格慕家族投资的，是一个规模不大的精品酒店，可以说是佛罗伦萨最顶级的了！因为要回罗马，我们在这仅住了一晚，即使这样，酒店还是给我们做了房间升级，从豪华大床房升到豪华河景套房，，，酒店很典雅，房间布置也非常精致，很干净，打开窗户就能正面看到美丽的河景及两座石桥。。。 酒店位置很好！闹中取静，下楼就是商业街，转个弯就是主商业街，早上还看一些人在河中伐船，也看到一个老人在河边跑步，比较安静又很温馨！ 酒店的服务一流，特别是最后送我们离开的那个小帅哥，很真诚，很热情，临上车时还不忘记给我们送上一瓶矿泉水，这就是我一直热衷于住奢侈精品酒店的原因，虽然说贵点，但的确是物超所值吧！

酒店員工服務十分細心，同時亦能在交通配套上安排妥當。

Great location and got fantastic service from the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely my first choice for staying in Firenze!

Excelente localizacao maravilhosa , quartos amplos servico excelente. Amenites ferraganno. Muito bom so e dificil de chegar pq e na area central e o waze se perde. Pecam ajuda ao hotel para chegarem.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, caminando tienes todo cerca, las habitaciones muy bonitas y amplias, estuvimos con vista al río y las vistas desde ahí son muy bonitas, el Servicio en general del hotel está excelente, muy recomendable. Tiene restaurante a nivel del río, pero creo que Le falta una terraza (bar o restaurante) para que la experiencia sea mejor.

The hotel was very nice however there was construction below us. Additionally, the restaurant and bar were not open due to renovations.

The hotel is well situated, within walking distance of all the tourist attraction. However it is Not worth the price & a 4⭐️ at best. The hotel faces the water, which is nice. But the view from my room was the inside of an office building!!! The alley between the buildings was used for delivery very early in the morning. That plus the cafe downstairs was very noisy. Staff was a hit or miss. Some were very competent & nice. One man in particular was very pushy, looking for a tip. He also gave me wrong information & ignored my requests. The restaurant has very limited choices.

I have already recommended this hotel to family and friends. This was our experience and we all missed it as soon we had to leave Florence : - welcome you receive at the door (no standard check in desk- instead you give staff your passports and they do their magic while you and your family enjoy delicious drinks in a very elegant and comfortable waiting room) - the staff anticipating your needs (we are not good planners and they booked for us both attractions and train tickets; suggested and booked great restaurants) - easy interaction by text message - immediate responses - very warm and patient staff - beautiful rooms (you feel you just hired a coveted interior decorator who redid your home- that’s right - rooms do NOT feel generically hotel-y, instead it’s like you are in a ln elegant but comfortable home- plush couches and chairs.) - location- around the corner from all major tourist destinations, overlooking Ponte Vecchio but the entrance is much quieter. - will return and stay there every time we are in Florence
