1. 感谢酒店给我们升级到行政海景房，早晨启动电动窗帘，那不勒斯湾与维苏威火山的壮丽景色即映入眼帘，让人激动；晚上遥望对岸灯火闪烁忽明忽灭，又让人陶醉。 2. 浴缸舒适，卫浴设备都不错，唯一不足是冲淋房的热水温度略低开不足。洗漱用品使用了高级的彼得罗夫品牌，效果不错。 3. 房间很大，基本设施齐全，只是一面墙漆成热恋的橘红色有点点慎得慌^_^。 4. 早餐在二楼的景观餐厅，食物丰盛，服务态度彬彬有礼，边吃边看看来往的衣着入时的住客也颇为养眼。5. 酒店的地理位置从火车站要走大概18分钟，从塔索广场大概走10分钟，中间有两道坡要爬，不过为了这景观完全值得。

We arrived a day late because of flight issues and were not refunded or credited any amount. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a family room with two queen size beds and plenty of room to spread out. It was on the same level as the common balcony so we could exit out the sliding doors and enjoy the beautiful sunrise with a coastal view of the Amalfi coast. Breakfast was a huge assortment of American, and European style and a fresh orange juice squeezing machine that you could feed oranges and it would deliver wonderfully fresh OJ. It was a bit of a walk up from downtown, but that kept the noise and chaos of the chistmas crowds at least 3 blocks away from the hotel making car service super easy. We enjoy lounge access with limited refreshments but it worked well for a cold drink after a long day on your feet.

The helpful staff & their level of customer service is what made our stay simply excellent! The views from the breakfast buffet is straight out of a painting. The panoramic views and the lemon groves of the property are an icing on the cake. Rooms were spacious and well serviced too. Absolutely worth every penny!

Everything about the hotel was outstanding a bit further from town and if walking the hill is a little tough but the staff and the property make it worth the walk and a good thing after you eat in town

Staff were great. Restaurants were great. Disappointed with the rooms. They were clean and comfortable but nothing spectacular. Outdoor pool was not heated. (We were there in October) Indoor pool was not open.

Beautiful property in every way. The hotel sits on a hill so the view is beautiful. It was walkable for us into Sorrento’s town center however friends that we were traveling with would take a taxi. If you are staying for more than a night or two and looking for a comfortable room, look elsewhere or book a high-end room here. I found the room we were in to be small and very basic. Not even a door on the closet. Only two drawers at the bottom of the closet. It was not comfortable for a six night stay (my opinion). Chairs on the balcony were very uncomfortable. We put pillows on the seats, LOL! The staff was wonderful and even offered to bring us extra drawers.

El hotel está muy bonito, tiene una vista de todo Sorrento espectacular. Está muy limpio y las habitaciones muy amplias. Está como a 15min caminando al centro y como a 30min al puerto.

This property was a pleasure to stay. It was clean and staff were friendly. Distance from shopping was walkable; enjoyed my stay.

Five star hotel ! Beautiful view and wonderful service.

Property overall was great. Staff was very friendly. All food options we delicious and the pool was great. Walkable into Sorrento and was not hard to find. Only item to note was the beds/pillows were terrible. Zero support at all. I would stay here again but only if knowing the beds were newer.

Bar service a little slow, but otherwise beautiful trip Make sure you get a bathmat in the tub very very slippery otherwise no complaints
