晚上十點我已經睡覺，被電話鈴聲吵醒，櫃台詢問我是否在訂房網站留下負面評價，是否需要任何協助。首先我並沒有在那一天留下負面評價，第二，晚上十點多把人吵醒真的讓人心情很差，最後床太硬，我在床上睡得非常不好，早上身體感覺很不舒服。

This hotel is great headed to the airport. The breakfast was a standout. Our room was clean, safe, and everything functioned as it should. People at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. Great stay!

The jacuzzi was temporarily closed and the sauna room was just okay. But all around the hotel was not bad at all. We enjoyed our stay.

Pent og delikat hotel. Vennlig og imøtekommende personell som ga god info om oppholdet. Tilgang til et bra gym og basseng, solplass utenfor. Vi kom før innsjekk, fikk satt fra oss baggasje som ble levert på rommet når det var klart. Kort gangavstand til butikker. Akvariet er også i gang avstand. Min sønn fikk seg en hyggelig opplevelse og avslutning på ferien på skybaren i 16 etg, han skrøt uhemmet av personellet der. Vi kommer tilbake

Café da manhã excelente. Jacuzzi estava em manutenção e não pude utilizar. Quarto com decoração moderna, novo e cama confortável. Box do banheiro precisa de uma limpeza mais detalhado

Todo súper bien la ubicación es excelente…. Las facilidades bellas el único problema que estuve y no los culpo Moho en el baño

The hotel was in a great location relative to the airport and the room was beautiful. We also enjoyed a meal at the hotel restaurant.

Tivoli is central , close to railway station, metro, huge mall with food court open till modnight ,ocenarium and promenade. 5 min drive to Airport The room was clean, well maintained and the staff were kind to accommodate early check in. Did not have an opportunity to try the breakfast ,next time ! Would definitely come back :) Thank you

Excellente hospedagem, super recomendo

Terrible service when checking in. They could not find our reservation and wanted us to pay for a new room. When we refused we had to leave for 3 hours for them to sort it out.
