It’s definitely not a five star hotel at all, there is no elevator to room3005, my mom just had low back surgery, and the air conditioner so old and loud, the pillows are so thin like blankets? The dinner buffet and breakfast suck, all of those do not deserve the price

特别好的酒店，适合家庭出行，离棉花堡景区也很近，开车十分钟路程，酒店里面的硫磺温泉特别棒，还会再去泡，花园里面的吊床，体验感也特别好，非常满意的酒店

地點偏遠，去市區或棉花堡沒任何接駁車或公共交通工具，走路到市區要走沙塵滾滾的道路約20分鐘，只要有車經過，會覺得自己在沙漠一樣，要去棉花堡只能叫計程車，到南門約40-50TL,酒店大堂在我們去的時候大燈都沒有，感覺到了鬼別墅一樣，後來有旅行團進來，才把燈打開，前台服務人員反應緩慢，房間通風不佳，有怪味，感覺不乾淨，說是五星，覺得連三星標準都沒有，附有早餐晚餐，都是旅行團的用餐質素，只能填飽肚子，完全是我12天土耳其旅程最難吃的餐飲，強烈建議自由行的旅客不要選擇這裡，太不值得

酒店还不错，设施比较齐全，尤其是站在酒店后面的山坡上看夜景是一种享受。提供的餐食是自助的，个人觉得还是比较满意的，品种比较丰富。

Her şeyiyle mükemmel bir otel, mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Birkaç ay sonra mutlaka tekrar gideceğim. Sadece, dansözün sahnede 15 dk kalması biraz üzdü. Daha uzun süreli oryantal show olsaydı daha eğlenceli olurdu.

İçki fiyatlarının pahallı olması hoş değil

Big hotel geared for groups. Very convenient to experience the area and lots of space and amenities. We didnt stay long or take advantage of all but all looked good. Food was a bit mass-produced but expected based on size of the hotel. Staff were great and it served our purpose well to visit the area for a few days.

The check in was a nightmare. The young lady and her supwrvisor were very unfriendly and did not attempt to understand our questions. Did not speak English ( not even a translation app). The valet / bell hop spoke decent English and he translated to them. Modest rooms. Odor in the corridor. Pool staff were not friendly … very standoffish. The restaurant staff were very good and so was the dinner buffet. The hotel was in the middle of “no where” ….

Terrible services in the front desk ! I have never had one hotel like this service. I want to get bottle water and there’s no one answering the phone.

Girişten çıkışa kadar en ufak bir sıkıntı bile yaşamadık. Odalar, havuzlar, restaurant ve çevre temizliği harikaydı. Akşam canlı müzik ve oryantal danslar ile eğlence güzel vakit geçimemizi sağladı.

The hotel was a bit dated, but the service was good and exceeded our expectations. To our surprise, supper was included in the stay, which was a lovely bonus. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a generous basket of fresh fruit — a thoughtful touch that made us feel special.

Genel olarak iyiydik herşey dahil konsepti güzeldi. Ara ikramlar, akşam yemeği ve kahvaltı çok güzeldi ve bol çeşitliydi. Memnun kaldık

Saat 12:00 gibi otele vardık,receptiondaki arkadaşlar çok yardımcı oldular, odamızda küçük bir balkon olsa daha iyi olabilirdi,ıslak mayolarımızı kurutmak için biryer bulamadık. Bunun dışında oda büyüklüğü yeterli. Restorandaki ürünler büyük otel standartlarında. Otelde herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Teşekkürler.

This property is very well established and has nice amenities for spa and thermal activities. Sibel hanim in housekeeping was very good and supplied us with great service and she went above and beyond! We are always happy to come back to this property!

Oda hergün temizleniyor. Temizlik görevlileri çok kibar. Çay saati yeterliydi akşam meyve ikramı vardı. Tavsiye ederim. Açık termal havuzu özellikle tavsiye ederim.

Otel konum olarak çok güzel , personel ilğili işini mükemmel yapıyor. Bizim için tek olumsuz yönü restoran ın havalandırması çok kötü yemek ve kızartmayağı kokuları tüm kıyafetlerimize sindi . Bu olumsuzluğu bir an önce halletmeniz dileğiyle . Misafirlerin koridorlarda yüksek sesle konuşmalarını önlemek için gerekli uyarı yazıları ve hatırlatmalar yapılırsa dinlenmeye gelen misafirler için çok iyi olur
