非常棒的酒店，位于里昂老城区，交通便利。酒店位于300多年历史的建筑中，更像城堡，虽然地点在闹市区，但是非常非常安静！酒店服务热情，非常舒适，强烈推荐！

Equipe de funcionários excelente, muito educados e prestativos. Ótimo café da manhã, quarto confortável. Localizado em ótimo região para caminhar e acessar outras partes da cidade.

Hotel itself is beautiful. Pool and amenities as advertised. Staff are well trained, professional, and very friendly. The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable. Location would be the main reason to stay

Great location, extremely helpful staff, comfortable bed. I would give it five stars except the room layout was perplexing. The toilet, shower and sitting area were downstairs, the sink, bath tub and bed were in an upstairs loft. Couldn’t the toilet and sink be on the same level?

The hotel is beautiful and historic in the old pedestrian part of Lyon. It was hard to find the gate and the code to get into the old part of town but once we were in it was great.

Fantastic location, helpful, friendly staff, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, in a charming, renovated building. What’s not to love?

Ryddig og fint rom. Litt støy fra veien. Og litt mye folk på spa området da vi forsøkte besøke det. Men vi har absolutt hatt det fint. Flott beliggenhet

A very hotel old and beautiful hotel kept in pristine condition. Fabulous location, exceptional bar and restaurant. Wish we could have stayed longer.

L’établissement a été rénové récemment . Il s’agit d’un lieu magnifique ancien. Un peu compliqué lorsqu’on a une poussette car il y a beaucoup de marches, l’ascenseur est très petit, rue piétonne, donc pas de parking à proximité. Cependant il s’agit d’une très belle bâtisse. La chambre était grande et très belle. On a adoré notre séjour. Nous remercions l’équipe qui est d’une grande gentillesse. Nous reviendrons si nous devons repasser par Lyon.

Arrivée tardivement (21:45), la réception nous a bien accueilli mais les informations fournies disant que le room service était disponible ainsi que le restaurant était erroné car il arrêté le service à 22:00. La carte du room service est très limité du coup nous avons commandé en livraison à l extérieur, bien dommage. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, néanmoins, quelques bémols sur les prestations pour un 5 étoiles: rien à manger dans le mini bar, rideaux mal attaché laissant passé la lumière, cuvettes des toilettes bien abîmée et sol de la douche trop souple. Le petit déjeuner est généreux dans une salle magnifique, dommage que la carte ne nous ait pas été proposé. L emplacement en plein cœur du vieux lyon est parfait pour se balader.
