Clean hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast.

The room was dirty. The bathroom had black mold all in the shower. I would not recommend anyone staying here. The room shouldn’t even be available to sleep in given the mold issues. Disgusting.

Hotel Kilkenny has everything. Close to the centre. Excellent staff. Very clean and comfortable. Delicious Breakfast. Great restaurant for an evening meal.

De check in verliep heel plezierig. De kamer was schoon, 1 dubbel bed en 1 enkel bed. De kamer was rustig. Het zwembad en de sauna waren prima! Het ontbijt was prima georganiseerd: warme gerechten moesten besteld en koude gerechten via het buffet. Heerlijke pannenkoeken (flensjes).

Rooms were clean, lobby was nice. Hotel had restaurant had great food. All around amazing experience!

Wonderful staff and food at breakfast

We were travelling through ireland and had booked this hotel for 2 nights months in advance. A few hours before we arrived, we called to see if our room would have a mini fridge, we were told that they would have one in our room for us..great! We went to the grocery store amd bought $30 euro worth of meat, cheese and dairy for our road trips while staying there. Three hours later upon arrival, we were told there was a flood and the roof had collapsed and they couldn't accommodate us. We drove hours to get there, the roof didnt just suddenly collapse, so they would have known that when we called earlier enquiring about the fridge. They told us they had set us up in another hotel 10 minutes away. Now we load everything back up and head there. This was a "family resort" with a Jurassic Park attached to it. We walked in and there were crying children everywhere, not even an empty seat in the lobby to sit in. We called around to find another hotel with availability. We found the River Court Hotel and booked for 2 nights. When I called Jamie back, he was rather unprofessional and chastised us for choosing a "3.star" hotel over a 4 star. Expedia was amazing helping us get a refund and I would highly recommend the River Court hotel instead. Literal walking distance to everything Kilkenny offers

Great hotel. Only downside was the doors were thin so kids yelling outside kept me from sleeping. Would definitely still recommend!!

Everything was as expected. Sweets with the coffee and tea were spot on.

The location was an easy walk from the town centre. The staff were really good, especially in the breakfast room where we arrived just as they were packing up. They still provided us with an excellent breakfast. The room was spacious & comfortable. There is no air conditioning which meant we had the windows open and the noise from outside was loud. The pool & gym onsite we’re both excellent.

Beautiful stay, gorgeous site. Rooms were wonderful and we enjoyed our stay!
