De entrada a la habitación le faltaba mantenimiento la puerta del ventanal estaba rota y por ahí se colaban los mosquitos, el lavabo tiraba el agua lo que provocaba que el baño estuviera mojado todo el tiempo, 2 días no hicieron el aseo, la comida sin variedad y pocas cosas eran más o menos buenas, había internet solo en las áreas comunes y aún así fallaba la señal, las toallas sucias. No volvería a ir ahí.

The staff was great! The concierge Israel did such a good job that i gave 3 stars instead of 2. The place is old, and all the bars are closed down except the beach bar. Closed poolside bar and main bar is closed. All inclusive is not a true statement for this place. Its more like the cheapest option at the one place not shut down is their version of all inclusive. Laundry service pretended to be included, but after it was cleaned i got charged $100. The resort doesn't treat it's staff well either.

Most horrible All Inclusive experience ever! On paper the property advertised 4 bars and 2 restaurants. In reality, there was just 1 bar that served some snacks, and 1 restaurant that served breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar only had bout 5 mixed drinks and 2 draft beers that was available for "All Inclusive" guests - everything else was extra. The only snacks they served were French Fries and Chicken nuggets and nachos - none of them made fresh. The fries we got were black, smelly and hard, like they had been friend multiple times. When I asked for freshly fried fries, I was told that was considered "a la carte" and would be charged extra! Very poor experience. The rooms were okay, though access to the rooms was via a very narrow corridor that we had to walk sideways in. There were 3 of us on the booking, but only 2 towels in the bathroom. When I asked at the front desk for an extra towel, the person gave me a ripped and stained towel with the name of a different hotel on it. Pillows were lumpy and with stained pillowcases - one of the pillowcases had hair all over it. When I took it to the front desk to show them, the person simply dusted it off and gave it back to me. The TV in our room was not connected to cable and never worked. The frontdesk person told us it was not working in the entire hotel. The property is amazingly located, with a beautiful view and nice rooms. However the experience was horrible overall & I dont recommended it to anyone.

Todo el hotel sucio a las 6 de la mañana me di cuentq que mi cuarto estaba lleno de agua por una fuga en el techo, la comida horrible

Beach chairs are available from 10am. It’s too late, almost half of a day on the beach without chairs!

Hotel is awful when we were checking in the people at the gate won’t let us in saying they can’t find the name waited outside for 1 hour and they finally found it food was terrible beds is awful pillow was terrible cellular signal was awful worst hotel I ever experienced terrible

Shortage of food at bar and restaurant. Lack of food options and quality. Drinks weren’t good.

A comida é muito pobre de quantidade e variedade, nao conseguindo atender a demanda e demorando na reposição, alem de um buffet de aparencia nao muito agradavel. O quarto estava infestado de pernilongo. O acesso à piscina parece um labirinto. As instalações em geral sao velhas

READ BEFORE BOOKINGGGG! food was awful. customer service was awful. asked for blankets & towels multiple times. they constantly ignored us. never made our rooms either. embarrassing & waste of a vacation. they claim it's all inclusive, tried charging for beer. no hot tub as advertised. our room deck was broken (almost fell through), toilet was broken, stains on the sheets. changed us to another room that also had stains as well phone in our room was broken as well & the safe was dead, unable to protect our belongings claimed its a private beach (yet its shared with other resorts)- flagged to where we can swim- but they also closed the beach while we were there & unable to swim at all the pool was cold (not heated), unable to swim there too they claimed transportation to airport and back was included, it was not DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Este “hotel” es un FRAUDE CUIDADO no respetan nada de lo que te venden! El personal es grosero, nunca hay nadie para resolver, las instalaciones sucias tanto restaurantes como habitaciones, el “todo incluido” no existe como tal después enseñas 6pm no hay donde tomar nada sooo tienen abierto el bar de playa y nunca tiene nada de lo que es un “todo incluido” en 6 noches que estuvimos nunca limpiaron la habitación ni cambio de toallas, desde que llegamos había cucarachas y nunca las limpiaron las que matábamos! Se le reportó a EXPEDIA que es por donde viajamos siempre y ni a ellos les hicieron caso! No había toallas cuando pedías para la alberca, no tenían personal para lleva cobijas a la habitación, no hay ni un mesero que te atienda en zonas de alberca, el bar d e la alberca siempre cerrado! La vigilancia de las casetas para entrar o salir son NEFASTOS! En el restaurante (el único que hay) no les alcanza los platos ni vasos tiene que estar lavando para resurtir, no hay café americano solo soluble, en la zona de snack súper sucio donde cocinan! JAMÁS VAYAN A ESTE HOTEL! Las peores vacaciones que hemos tenido!

Por ser o all inclusive mais barato da regiao, não se pode esperar muito... porém o serviço é excelente, praia e piscina sempre limpas, variedades na comida e bebida.

Ça va pour les bars,par contre deux récéptionnistes et deux versions différentes du all inclusive. Sortie à 12h00 comme prévu,plus droit à rien. Arrivés la veille après 16h00 pas de déjeuner possible,aucun report pour le lendemain,même pour des snacks. Pas de serviettes non plus pour se sécher après la douche avant depart pour l'aéroport. Bref,le client on s'en fout. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir aller à la plage pour un dernier bain. Merci à l'hôtel Solymar Beach de ne pas nous avoir éjecté dehors à la calle. Bien sûr aucun responsable ne s'est déplacé malgré notre demande. Ceci n'est pas Cancun.
