The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!

Always a delight

Took almost 15mins to check in, guys behind the counter were a little rude and off putting because their computer wasn’t running my card properly. Floors in the room were sticky, someone down the hall was lighting up a joint or something. Very strong odor of marijuana.

This place is a dump, not a hotel but seems like an apartment building with people living in it All Balconies have iron fence people were drying clothes, bicycles parking lot so deteriorated full of potholes, junk cars and rv with no wheels Just a complete dump Please Expedia should pay close attention to whom they sponsor

Airport shuttle was excellent. One negative is that though there's a full kitchen including stove with oven, there are no pans or utensils

We needed a place to crash for one night after flying in. This was a place to crash, and it was pretty grim. Glad we moved on quickly.

Nice and quiet. A lot of space.

The picture in their add is not of the hotel in ANC. I was looking for a place to crash b4 i flew out in the AM. The room did have kitchen but nothing else. No utensils, coffee pot or condiments, nothing. The sheets and towels were clean. I got the feeling it was being used to house people who couldn't pay and were using vouchers, The breakfast was cheap white bread, coffeee and min-doughnuts, there was oj. It seemed they were ticking the boxes as a cheaply as they could to qualify for state money

the images on expedia for this hotel are not accurate and very miss leading. we did not feel safe to stay here

Large room with kitchen area, desk, tv, and comfortable beds! It was more like a small apartment! Good space for a longer trip! The room was clean and neat.

This property looked like they turned an old / outdated aparetment building to a hotel. We had a hard time locating the check in office, as it just looked out of the place for it. Check in lady was nice but the place really is like an old apartment with musty smell from years of use. Hey, we just needed a sleep and is close to the airport. So, it worked for us. If you want a little cleaner, and feel a bit more secure, pay more to stay somewhere else.

First time in Anchorage, overnight stay. Clean room. Great staff. Someone there helped me carry my bags to my room due to a disability. There is not an elevator and I was unaware of that but everything worked out. Shuttle service from and back to the airport was great and on time.

Interior needs to be repaired and repainted

The staff was very accommodating and was responsive with the airport shuttle getting me to and from the airport even though I had to leave early in the morning for my flight. This is a good quality hotel and a good value.
