Clean, great communication, comfortable

The stay was perfect, excellent property also amenities...

It was a nice place but not in any kind of resort. It was an average apartment complex with a room to rent. The apartment was very nice and quiet. Fully stocked and nicely cleaned and decorated. Just not really as advertised in my opinion.

Wow!! Amazing property. Stores, restaurants was close by. The rooms were magnificent. It was beautiful 10/10

Overall once we got settled and actually found the property and the unit and the garage…the place was nice enough. I was incredibly disappointed that the thermostat was not allowed below 74 degrees. When it’s 111 degrees outside, that’s pretty rough. The rooms has vertical slatted hanging blinds that let in a TON of light and made it difficult to sleep. Both showers were difficult and confusing to operate. The water never actually got hot. Those things aside, the facility was nice and conveniently located.

Beautiful property. Wonderful pools & hot tubs. Super comfy beds & pillows. Excellent communication. We did the pre-check in, which made it a breeze. The instructions were extremely clear & easy to follow. We will most definitely stay here again. It was a very pleasant experience!

Everything was great! My family enjoyed the stay. The kitchen needs to be cleaned more. Drawers, refrigerator and utensils were dirty. Overall, we enjoyed and appreciated the upgrade and the pool area was exactly what we needed for relaxation. We live in Phoenix and did a staycation for my son's graduation and glad I chose Meridian. Thank you!

The property manager was awesome.

We loved the modern facilities. Pool and common areas were great. However it was too noisy being located right on the road. Would suggest a second coffee machine in the second floor lounge since the one on the first floor was often unavailable because the waste bin had to be emptied.

Great location. Condo equipped with everything we needed. Wonderful amenities including pool, fitness centre, common areas.

The condo was large, clean and in excellent shape. It had two beautiful pools and a fitness center. The complex was quiet and safe. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing property. Very clean, comfortable and affordable. Easy to access and close to a lot of attractions.

This is not a resort do not be fooled by a false advertising basically it is residential apartment the manager was very mean when I told him that lam disabled and on wheelchair can not use the outdoor stairs.and I have wife and three kids . His response was is I have to wait one week to find a condo on the first floor

We were placed in a unit/location that was not well represented on Hotels.com. A great percentage of website pictures did not look like where we were placed. Located on the busiest road in Scottsdale, AZ, right next to a fire station. Constant loud noise. Floors were filthy in the unit. Pool amenities were very small.
