beautiful setting. Late getting checked in but comp'd drinks in the mean time.

If chillin at night, bring your own movies or media, the tv channels are limited/ and terrible.

Not sure how these reviews were so positive? We've stayed here before but never in the summer. Canada Day wasn't a pleasant experience, from no hot water in the morning, one operational elevator (of 3), sauna broken, non jetted hot tubs of which 1 wasn't working and more. When we tried to speak to staff about it the response gave us the impression its normal. Cant say we'll be back to this hotel till it gets an update.

The staff were nice, the room was nice. I don’t like paying $33 to park. This is just another way for the hotel to make money. The fee is more than half what it cost to rent my car ($50/day). Only one out of three elevators worked so it took 20 minutes to get to the lobby to drop off my room key and then get back on the one elevator to get my bags to the basement parking garage which is so tight most cars park across the lines. I tried the stairs but the access doors were locked shut which I would think would be a fire hazard. Not cool!!

Exactly service and very clean

In general, our stay was brief, but everything went smoothly despite the reception staff seeming a bit inexperienced. Oh, I can't recall his name, but the Bellboy was truly outstanding. Additionally, there is an unexpected additional fee for parking.

Best location, can take your bike in and out with no issues and it’s always safe. Can take breaks and meet the family easily due to location and good hotel amenities for tha kids like the pool

Great place to stay especially for the price!

I would stay here again. The air conditioner was a bit loud at night!

Not enough parking. Showed up late on both nights and there were no parking spots. Bathroom had cracked tile and mold around the seams of the tub.

Absolutely fabulous location. Very cozy room with beautiful mountain views. Great restaurant, loved the outdoor hottub! Will stay again for sure.

Well maintained and beautiful property. Large rooms and on-site bar and restaurant were great.

Stayed here 15 years ago and it all brought back beautiful memories. The attentive and friendly staff, the comfortable bed and the overall atmosphere made up for a slightly dated property. Would recommend to all.
