It was in a very cool trendy neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and heated bathroom floor.

Staff, staff, staff. Fantastic team of welcoming, courteous and helpful members. Call out to Patricia, Stefanie, Koveh, Isabella, Joshua, Scott and Jaylen. Nice clean room. Hotel is well located with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and a great grocery store close by. Just a block from the waterfront and a beautiful park and sea wall. Will definitely stay here again.

Every single room listing for this hotel states that valet is included, yet I was charged for valet upon checkout. I provided the hotel with the room listing details, including screenshots of the room rates and inclusions, but because the confirmation email from Hotels.com doesn’t itself state that parking is incudes, they refuse to honour what is advertised. It’s been a terrible experience and increased the cost of my stay by over 20%.

The staff were exemplary, housekeeping service was the best, the location and proximity to sky train station and Yaletown could not have been better, the restaurant and bar service was second to none This sounds very flowery, but it is actually true!!
