Staff were professional and friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a broad variety of options and was good.

We were happy with the location and room. We especially liked the personal feeling from staff which is why we will return when we decide to stay in Mississauga.

The bed was awful. Every time I sat on the bed, it made a very loud squeaky noise. I asked the front desk to witness the squeaky noise and he showed me another room but it is still the same. I had never experienced this kind of bed even in the motel. I will never want to book at Hampton again. It is very disappointing. I have video to show but not photo as it does not tell the story.

The location is great—it’s within walking distance of fast food restaurants, grocery stores, Pharmaprix, and has easy access to public transit. A couple of things to note: the bedding wasn’t changed because I had made the bed before housekeeping came, and the pool water was very cold. If you’re looking for something to do nearby, Erindale Park is absolutely beautiful. You can rent e-bikes or scooters and enjoy a scenic ride through the park. Overall, the area is convenient and has a lot to offer.

Polite staff, easy check-in... I would stay there again.

Stuffs are really friendly and easy to communicate. However, the room... Maybe Because it's old building? The fridge make sound, The air condition doesn't work... Maybe that's the reason the stuff was friendly I think

The Beds are old and should be changed, I stayed at multiple rooms and all room beds seem to dip in the middle.

We always appreciate Hampton Inn beds and pillows. The fitness center was clean. The breakfast was good.

This hotel is in fair condition but definitely feels old. The breakfast was just so-so without much variety, and the air conditioner in our room was so loud it sounded like a tank when it started up. On the positive side, it is right near the highway, which was very convenient for our travel plans. Probably wouldn't stay long-term, but okay for a quick night.

We had a very nice trip. They make sure their customers are valued and satisfied. Recommend this beautiful place
