Good place

A good hotel to stay. What I noticed was the quantity and variety of food provided is much lesser than the peer Monte Carlo on Warden Ave. The facility also can provide more variety like other Monte Carlo and organize the food surrounding the wall. Eggs shall be peeled and kept in warm pots.

I don’t have a bad thing to say I was there for work. It would’ve been nice. If the morning continental breakfast opened at six instead of seven.

Overall it fit our needs, room had an odd layout, not what I expected in a suite. The separation between the living area and the bed was a tight akward hallway with the bathroom in between. The staff was fine but certainly did not go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Restaurant prices did not match the economy line of the Inn.

The room smells damp. The white window curtain never closes. The room is dark and not enough light in room. Bathrobes are stained with yellowish color, towels are dirty with stains on them. Bedsheets are old and worn out. Lots of noises from the room above if they use the bathroom or jetted tub. Break fast is a joke.

Will not be staying there again though the physical location was convenient

Room was perfect and staff was also very helpful and polite. Its full family hotel. Breakfast was also good. Overall stay was good will book again in future

Lots of parking, check in was easy and quick. Room was terrible, had a very strong pet odor, overbearing, instantly made my eyes water and nose stuff up. Went down to front desk to ask for another room was told all sold out and there were no other rooms unless we wanted a much smaller room with no refund for difference in price. When asked if it would smell better was given no guarantee it would. Was offered a spray bottle of room freshener(I assume thats what they use to mask pet smell instead of properly cleaning room). I did take it and sprayed everything in room, it didnt eliminate odor instead it changed smell to wet fur. Breakfast was included, which was very basic. Hard boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, pastries, fresh fruit, juice and the worst coffee I've ever tasted. Could have upgraded to hot breakfast for $8, we declined. We noticed the wait staff did not properly clean tables after each guest ate. They simply cleared dishes and wiped around paper placemat, leaving for next guest. We were happy it was only 1 night, we will never stay there again.

Front counter staff needs a training in customer service. I asked if I can check in earlier. They said I can do so an hour early. I arrived two hours early and understandably had to wait which I was fine with. About 15 minutes prior to my early check-in time, the front staff interrupted me, not once, not twice, but three times, when I was clearly on the phone to tell me my room is ready and wanted to process me over the counter. I don't know what their rush was. I was in a rush to check in given that I was heavily pregnant but understand that they have their rules and was okay to wait but they couldn't wait until I was finished with my call before rushing me to check in? I also requested a late check out. They said I can check out an hour late. However, this was not communicated to the cleaning staff who came knocking at my door.

some of the staff were not pleasant at all accusing us of smoking in the room, which we weren’t but refused to come to my room. I called Expedia for help and didn’t get any. The breakfast does not include eggs, bacon or hashbrowns. You have to pay extra if you want these items, there was hair that came out of the hot tub it was disgusting. The carpets are very old and worn out not a pleasant stay
