Overall speaking , I am very satisfied with the hotel in all regards

Room was clean. The front desk staff were helpful. The washroom was noisy as the fan was on automatically when the light is turned on. There was no soap available when we arrived.

Original room reserved was not as described and when I was changed to a new room, the room provided had clearly not be cleaned as when I folded back the sheets there were large black hairs etc in the bed. Front desk clerk came up to the 4th floor to give me new bedding and towels but I had to change the bed myself etc. as it was late at night. I later discovered a beer bottle cap by the bed which I stepped on. I had a busy schedule and was not able to move to another hotel or I would have the next day. At checkout, the room I was moved to, the dirty one, was $30 more per night despite that I went from a king bed to a queen bed and the clerk said sorry about the condition of the room and removed the $30/night charge but nothing else. Pathetic customer service.

Occasionally, living creatures pay visits to the bed.

The mechanical noise above the 4 floor kept me awake the entire night. I unplugged and shut off everything in my room but it did nothing to stop the constant drone from some nearby machine. I got the Napoleon Suite with the jet tub, what a waste of money. If anything, get a room on the 3rd floor or lower.

The team was courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean.Bed was very comfortable Received a checkout time extension due to winter storm.. Overall a wonderful stay.

The hotel had a bad smell on the first floor hallway, it smelt like a dead animal!!! The hotel doesn’t offer any free water in the room but when we went to the vending machines , there wasn’t any water too only to ask the staff and they all didn’t seem to care

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and very fresh. The staff were very friendly. We would have no hesitation about reserving the next time we visit Toronto.
