La ubicación es excelente. Todo está cerca. La playa está a 6 minutos. El que renta las sillas del hotel en la playa muy amable. La comida de la cenas muy buena. Recomendable pagar el extra de 29 usd por todo lo que incluye.

Bon séjour, problème avec le réassort des serviettes, du café, etc. très aléatoire, discothèque juste en dessous (bruit sourd), sinon emplacement idéal, taille de chambre et confort très bien. Sympa la piscine sur le toit bac la vue sur Miami !

Wonderful location with a lovely rooftop pool. Highly recommendable but be aware of the high prices for breakfast and parking, which is probably Miami Beach in general. If you bring a car, use a public garage on 16th or just behind H&M on Lincoln to save a lot of money.

The check in guy was robotic. Didn’t look at me at all, just his screen, but had time to talk to a colleague while processing me. The noise from the next room was so loud that it woke me at 3.00am and 4.00am. Shrieking and shouting. Not the sort of noises that one would want to confront, so earplugs were used.

Power went out for a bit of the first day we were there. No elevator working, good thing I didn't need to climb up stairs!

Excellent service straight across the board. The only thing that I was not happy about was the amount charged for valet it was a bit pricey but not being familiar with the area I felt compelled to pay it.

The pictures don't really match the reality. I'd not recommend breakfast because it's unreasonably expensive.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Miami Beach and while it wasn’t a terrible experience, it definitely fell short of expectations for the price. The stay was fine, but nothing particularly special or luxurious. The room was clean and the location was solid for access to the beach and local attractions. However, there were several inconveniences that made the stay less enjoyable. The water pressure in the showers was very weak, making it frustrating to rinse off after the beach. More importantly, the elevator was out of service multiple times throughout the weekend, which meant using the stairs—especially annoying when heading up to the pool. Speaking of the pool, it’s very small and often taken over by large families, making it nearly impossible to actually swim or relax. The area gets quite noisy, and on top of that, the hotel room literally shook all weekend from the bass coming from either the club or nearby events. It made resting during the day or getting a good night’s sleep pretty difficult. Also worth noting: at check-in, I was hit with an unexpected $300 security deposit, which wasn’t clearly mentioned beforehand and felt excessive. All in all, this hotel might work for travelers looking for a basic place to crash in Miami Beach, but if you’re looking for peace, amenities, or a relaxing pool experience, you may want to look elsewhere

Centric location

Bed lines were dirty, staff told me to come back in 1.5 hrs to check in then my husband went right back in to ask a valet question and they checked him in right there and gave him the keys.

Sam was and HAS been the most helpful and most respectful member of your staff. I have stayed here a handful of times and he is more than accommodating. We spoke to a different gentlemen about a later check out because our flight was late and we had no where to go for the time being. He was very short and offered us 1 hour additionally. Did not take the time to hear our concerns and had to ask him twice for new towels to the room. Sam on the other hand is a delight to be around and as soon as I see him at the front desk I know any concerns or questions I have will be addressed and treats not just me and my girlfriend with upmost respect but every patron that comes in and out of the hotel. Sam is the man! With out him I would not come back.

The staff are excellent! I found everything so clean and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel overall was perfect! Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. There was a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, shops and mini market within walking distance. The hotel is about a 10 walk to the beach. The hotel offers 2 free beach chairs right on the beach. They also offered a two hour bike rentals. There was a roof top pool with a beautiful view of the city. The pool was clean and they also had a lounge area on the roof top as well. The room was cleaned daily with fresh toilets. The beds were comfortable and we also had a sofa bed in our room. The room comes with 2 Queen beds, sofa bed, tv, wifi and a mini fridge. You can purchase snacks down stairs in the lobby as well. There was a gym & a laundry room in the hotel as well. The hotel wasn't noisy & you couldn't hear any of the noise from the street. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It's worth the money!

No dia do checkin não tinha disponível o quarto que eu escolhi, tive que ficar num outro quarto e no dia seguinte troquei. Apesar do problema o hotel me deu essa diária como recompensa pelo ocorrido.

I love the staff and all the perks that they offered I will definitely be staying again !!!!
