The property was as expected. The bed was comfortable and the room inviting. Wished the breakfast included some form of protein other than the eggs. Cereal, waffles, toast, biscuits and gravy were available along with the egg discs.

The La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham was the best hotel of my trip to Ohio. It had only two minor issues that needed to be address. 1. The smoke alarm was hanging by its wires! 2. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Both simple repairs. I stayed at two other hotels, one was nice, but not on the scale of the La Quinta Inn, and the other should be condemned and bulldozed to the ground! I would recommend this hotel as it is clean, centrally located in Fairborn and freeway close.

Overall the facility was ok. Breakfast was not up to par. First LQ I have been to with NO fresh fruit for breakfast. Plus we saw a mouse run across the food area!

The bed was too firm for my liking. The staff were friendly. The breakfast were better than previous reviews have indicated.

A good room for the cost. Front desk night clerk seemed bothered for us to check in.

Mold damage, holes in walls ceilings, and floor. Trim falling off the walls. Did not feel it was safe for our kids. When we told front desk they just asked why we didn’t want to try going to a new room.

Was not impressed. The integrity of the hotel was definitely questioned. The lady at the front desk was very nice and understanding. We did end up leaving all together because our ceiling fan was not even attached to the ceiling.

You get what you pay for. It’s a cheaper option in the area but it’s an old hotel. Stills smells of cigarette smoke painted over. Carpets are old and smell. Heat/air conditioner sounds like a jet engine every time it kicks on. When it’s off you can hear all the highway traffic at night on 675 and your neighbors in the next room having a conversation at midnight. Beds are hard. Not a good sleep here.

Found multiple cockroaches in my room. I would not recommend.

Rude staff when checking in. Smell in room. Black mold in shower. Missing handle on shower door. Noisy construction (painting) in the room next to me at 10-11pm. Overall so disappointing.

I had to do laundry at the hotel and a pair of pants was stolen from the dryer.

When we got here they tried to turn me away because they couldn’t find my booking. Receptionist was rude. Will never stay here again

From check in to check out, the staff was courteous and helpful. We showed up during a winter weather alert and Tyler dug out my car the following morning. Much appreciation for going the extra mile.
