Clean, convenient location Walk to the seashore and shopping mall easily No good restaurant in the hotel

It was not the best of Marriott experiences

Hotel is centrally located, close to cruise pier, bus station and walking distance to beach and restaurants.

Rooms need total revamp. Tired and stained walls and carpets. Heartless hotel.

The room was clean and ideal for a weekend stay. It had all the essential amenities, including a comfortable bed, hairdryer, and air conditioning, which made the stay very pleasant. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great menu offering a wide selection of both hot and cold options, as well as fresh pastries.

Los baños deberian de reformarlos no pude ducharme no habia presion de agua caliente.

Måtte be om varmeovn på rommet fordi vi ikke kunne styre varmeanlegget på rommet. Døra til balkongen kunne ikke lukkes skikkelig, og når det blåste uler det voldsomt.

Clean rooms, very helpful reveption

Very nice place, clean, and staff very good

Room and location were great. Very close to the port and a nice mall. Had to carry suitcases up a flight of stairs to get in; elevator from ground to lobby was not obvious and then wasnt working. Staff probably would have helped if we'd asked; they were very nice. Not a lot of variety in the restaurant for dinner but lots of good restaurants nearby on the boardwalk.

Everybody I was in contact with were very courteous and nice, the place is incredibly clean if maybe a little dated. Restaurant window seat are spectacular as it’s on the 23rd floor 2 floors below the swimming pool and sun deck area. Food was great service also. Proximity to beach and cruise port excellent would I stay here again? 100%

The hotel is older and run down! The old elevator outside to get your bags into the hotel is also old. Otherwise 15 steps to get your bags to the lobby! Breakfast was cold both mornings and good luck with the coffee! Location is close to cruise port!

Great location, nice balcony, comfortable beds.

Dålig städning, en lins jag tappade som låg synligt på handfatet var ej borttorkad. Okända hårstrån osv. Karneval utanför flera dagar utanför inpå småtimmarna. Oisolerade rum så det lät som man låg i en bas. Bra frukost men middagen var så dålig. Rå hamburgare kalla pommes frites. Skickade ut rvå ggr men hjälpte inte. Dock bjöd de då på notan.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, was uns auch sehr wichtig war. Zum Busbahnhof Santa Catalina sind sind es 5-10 Minuten. Von dort aus kann man gut die Insel erkunden. Das Hotel selbst ist allerdings ein ziemlich alter Kasten. Der Service und das allgemeine Ambiente waren gut, das Zimmer verbreitete allerdings einen etwas modrigen Geruch. Bei etwas heftigerem Wind ging die Tür zum Balkon von alleine auf. Ein Hausmeister hat ein paarmal versucht, daran, etwas zu reparieren, es ist ihm aber nicht so richtig gelungen. All in all wurden die Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nur bedingt erfüllt.
